Is Britney Spears engaged?

Britney Spears has been seen sporting a ring on her ring finger. It’s not a big Kim Kardashian rock, but it’s still speculating rumors that she may finally be engaged to her boyfriend Jason Trawick. She had a big twitter announcement, and everyone thought she would announce her engagement, but it was just a tour give-away.
In the meantime, she is getting sued by the perfume company Brand Sense Partners for $10 million on the claims that she cut them out of her deal with Elizabeth Arden. Her lawyers refuse to let Britney give a deposition, saying she is not competent enough to give a sworn testimony. So is Britney competent enough for marriage if she is not competent enough to face the courts?
