Leighton Meester sues her mother!

Leighton Meester is suing her mother! According to the lawsuit, Leighton provided her mother and brother with money out of the goodness of her heart, but she’s now tired of her mom’s lifestyle.

Leighton’s younger brother, Alexander, has a ton of health problems including recently having brain surgery. The Gossip Girl actress has been sending home weekly checks of $7500 to help with the bills, but Leighton’s mom Constance refuses to work since her daughter has made it big.

Leighton has been taking care of both her brother and mother until she found out that the money ear-marked for Alexander’s bills had been used for her mom’s cosmetic surgery!

Sources close to Leighton says she’s disgusted by her mother and is determined to get her brother Alex out of that situation.” Leighton wants her little brother to move in with her in New York.
