Matthew Fox Arrested for Assaulting a Woman!

The Hollywood 5 has learned exclusively from a source on the set of Matthew Fox’s latest film, I, ALEX CROSS, the reason behind Fox’s attack of a female party bus driver which sent him to the slammer early Monday morning. Fox was out and about in Cleveland and had a few drinks in his system. Although he did not drink excessively, with his strict training and diet regime for his character in the film, the alcohol affected him adversely due to a drop in body fat.

So here’s what went down. Matthew Fox was arrested early Monday morning, August 29th, after allegedly punching a woman bus driver in the chest and stomach. According to a police report obtained by The Hollywood Reporter, the actor is accused of attempted to hitch a ride to his hotel aboard a private party bus.

The female driver stopped Matt from entering which is when the altercation went down. Reports say the driver may have broken her hand after punching Matthew back.

The “Lost” actor wasn’t held by police for long. He was released to a friend and returned to his hotel to resume filming.
