Kim Kardashian talks about her decision to end her marriage (VIDEO)

Kim Kardashian was a guest co-host on Live with Kelly and she opened up about on why she decided to divorce Kris Humphries just 72 days after their lavish wedding.

Kelly Ripa asked Kim if she was shocked that people believed that she faked her marriage for publicity and a paycheck. Kim still denied making any money off the wedding, and answered, “If you really think about it, if this was a business decision and I really made all that money that everyone was claiming that we made off this wedding, if the wedding was fake and just for TV, I would have stayed married longer. This was a bad business decision, you know what I mean? So, if you really think about it, it doesn’t make sense that everyone says that. Um, so I really didn’t know that following my heart would create this much backlash.”

She also said she used her family’s relationships as inspiration. Khloe and Lamar only dated for a month and they have been going strong for three years! Then Kris and Bruce Jenner only dated for 5 months and they just celebrated their 20^th wedding anniversary. She said that she thought she could marry quickly and still have it end happily ever after.
