Amanda Bynes arrested for a DUI (PHOTO)

Amanda Bynes had a run in with the cops for the second time in a month.

Just a few weeks ago, Amanda was stopped for talking on her cell phone and she drove off while they were writing up her ticket. She later went to the police station to sign it, so they did not charge her with leaving the scene of a crime.

Then in the early hours of Friday morning, Amanda ran into a cop car. She was trying to pass a cop that was making a right hand turn and wrecked into him. Amanda had been boozing it up all night at the Greystone Manor in LA and the cop could tell that she was intoxicated. He took her to jail and charged her with a DUI. She had to sit in jail for several hours but was later released on a $5k bail.
