Justin Bieber put a photog in the hospital (VIDEO)

Just days after Justin Bieber got some boxing tips from Mike Tyson, he beat up someone so bad that he put them in the hospital. The Biebs was at the mall near his home in Calabasas with his girlfriend Selena Gomez (yep… Not broken up) when they were approached by the paparazzi. This photog had Justin’s car blocked off and refused to move. Then it ended up getting physical. There are not a lot of details about the fight, but Justin was photographed afterwards looking disheveled. He lost his hat and a shoe in the scuffle.

A lawyer just so happened to witness the fight and urged the photog to get medical attention so he could be paid for the incident. The pap called 911, complaining of pain in his upper torso area and was taken to the hospital by ambulance. Justin and Selena fled the scene before the cops arrived.

The cops are investigating the incident as a misdemeanor battery and want to talk to Justin, Selena and any other witnesses.
