Alec Baldwin pulled a Justin Bieber yesterday when he attacked some paparazzi. He and his young fiancée Hilaria Thomas went to the City Hall in Manhattan to pick up their marriage certificate. Then there are two different versions of what happened next, depending on who you ask.

According to a photographer, Alec told the photogs to step back but they didn’t. He grabbed someone that continued to snap pictures when photog Marcus Santos screamed out “Don’t touch him”. That’s when Baldwin went after Santos.

Marcus said that he was attacked, shoved, punched by ‘Alec Balwig’. He tried to get away but Baldwin kept coming. Another photographer who witnessed the attack said that Baldwin acted like he was crazy. He said, “There was an eruption of mad.. You’re going to get a marriage license, you should be happy. What happened with this guy?”

Baldwin’s side is telling a completely different story. They said that Alec and Hilaria were assaulted by the photog’s camera, there were no punches thrown and any physical contact was just Alec protecting himself.

***UPDATE- Alec Baldwin is speaking out about the paps claims. He talked about it with Charlie Rose from CBS This Morning and he’s still blaming the photog. He says that he pushed the guy away after he nearly hit him in his teeth with his camera lens and that he’s not dumb enough to punch someone out in front of the courthouse.
