Weekend Box Office- Brave brings home the bacon!

Another kiddie movie takes first place this week. How did the historical vampire movie do? Check it all out in this week’s box office review.

1-     Brave- Pixar’s latest knocked the other kid’s movie out of the #1 spot. Brave brought in $66.7mil for the movie debut.

2-     Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted is still bringing in the movie patrons though. After three weeks in theaters, the movie brought in $20.2mil, bringing their total to $157.5.

3-     Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter debuted at $16.5mil. Guess people were curious about how the pres ventured out into Twilight territory.

4-     Prometheus earned $10mil over the weekend, bringing their 3 week total to $108.5mil.

5-     Rock of Ages continues to flop at the movies. It brought in another $8mil, bringing the movies two week total to $28.7.
