Justin pulled over in shiny Biebermobile!

Justin may have outrun the paps, but he couldn’t outrun the cops! (Nor did he dare try.)
L.A. City Councilman Dennis Zine happened to be on the 101 freeway when Justin flew by him at 101 mph (actually it was 80 mph). Councilman said that Justin’s chrome-plated car roared by, “like a rocket ship.” The Councilman who used to be an LAPD motor officer for 18 years said, “If I was on patrol, I would have arrested him for reckless driving.”
The Councilman said Justin was trying to shake a gang of paparazzi. The paps sounded to be even more reckless than Justin; driving on the shoulder of freeway. How about throwing them in jail too!?
Oh wait, law enforcement may just do that… A short time after getting ticketed, the paparazzi resumed their pursuit, so Justin called 911! This time, the cops pulled everyone over—Justin and the bullies who started it. The pesky photographers were warned and both parties were sent on their way.
