Fred freed his Willard, Pee Wee Herman style

UPDATE: Fred Willard has been fired from PBS.
TMZ obtained an email that PBS honchos sent earlier today to affiliates informing them he was fired from Market Warriors and to NOT air any of the unaired episodes featuring Willard.

You may not know Fred Willard by name but you certainly know his movies. He’s been in tons of stuff, including the ‘Best in Show’, ‘American Wedding’, ‘Anchorman’… He’s even played Ty Burrell’s dad in ‘Modern Family’.

Well now he has something in common with another famous actor.. Pee Wee Herman. Yep, he was caught busting out his Willard at some adult theater in Hollywood.

The 72-year old was arrested and booked for lewd conduct. It was a quick release though.. I’m talking about from jail. A quick release from jail. He was out of police custody just a short while later.

The next film you can catch Fred in is actually appropriately named ‘Yank’. Not making this stuff up.
