First Daniel Tosh tells rape jokes; Now Dane Cook tells Colorado shooting jokes
Written by Russ Francis+

Before everyone freaks out too bad, you should know that Dane Cook has already issued an apology—thank God—saying he regrets telling the joke and admits it was a “bad judgment call.”
Good for him… but here’s the thing Dane, just because you say you’re sorry, doesn’t make it okay… Just ask Kristen Stewart!
Apologies seem even emptier when they come via Twitter. For all we know Dane could have been on the crapper when he sent his heartfelt apology tweet. Comedians should at least have to put on an uncomfortable suit and appear in front of news cameras, like all of the dirty politicians.
Dane posted a following statement on Twitter saying, “I am devastated by the recent tragedy in Colorado & did not mean to make light of what happened.”
and…
“I made a bad judgment call with my material last night & regret making a joke at such a sensitive time. My heart goes out to all of the families & friends of the victims.”
Dane’s controversial joke went something like this … The Batman movie is so bad, had the killing spree not occurred, the people inside of the theater would have been begging for someone to shoot them.
Eeek!!!
