Is Lady Gaga really dressed like a UNICORN? (BTW, Don’t miss her royal-blue hoof-heels.) Does Lady Gaga somehow make dressing-up as horse’s twisted cousin SEXY? Do you think Gaga’s ‘Little Monsters’ will see her unicorn photo spread and want to get poker’d in the face?

“transforming….” is what Mother Monster tweeted along with the Gagacorn photos (see more below). This appears to have been a concept created by Allie, just one of Gaga’s many Little Monsters (fans). It is rumored that the image will be used for her ‘Highway Unicorn’ music vid, which makes more sense than using it for—say—’Born this Way.

But here are the bigger questions:
