Katy Perry serves Russell Brand with a gag order

Katy Perry was spotted again at a house party with her new boyfriend John Mayer. Between the multiple house parties, sleepovers and all the photographs, we can’t really deny that they are an item anymore. And giving John’s rep for blabbing about his love life to the media (didn’t he just quit crying over Jennifer Aniston and bragging about Jessica Simpson’s napalm), kind of weird that Katy’s serving her ex with a gag order.

She’s tired of Russell Brand spilling the deets about their failed marriage. Granted, he usually speaks highly of her but she’s sick of him making headlines for talking about something that should be private. She’s contacted her lawyers about serving him with a gag order.

But isn’t it ironic that she’s serving her ex with some shut up papers when it’s her current beau that she should be worried about?
