FULL MOONS are out this summer —thanks to Katy Perry and Elton John (PHOTOS)

Ironically, the celeb who didn’t mean to moon us—we wouldn’t have minded; but the celeb who intentionally dropped his drawers—we find completely offensive and completely hysterical.

Elton John’s been doing a lot of panty-dropping, as of late. He and his friends have been cruising around the French Riviera in his yacht. Last week, Elton kicked off his ‘full moon tour’ by BA-ing X Factor’s Simon Cowell, when they passed by his boat. Now, he’s gone and committed a second crime, of the same nature, against Sir Michael Caine – after spotting HIS yacht.

It is yet to be determined if the news of a possible Elton John bare-bum sighting will help or hurt the French Riviera’s tourism.

As for Katy Perry, her bathing suit slip-up was a wardrobe malfunction all too common at water parks. The paparazzi who got that assignment was well aware of the dangers that came with the job — getting up close and personal — with the Candy-coated Pop Princess’ derrière and then some. That photog must be a lot higher up in the paparazzi pecking order, than the poor chap sent to cover Elton John‘s backside; although to be fair, it’s not so bad for a 65-year-old caboose/rump/arse/hiney.
