Evelyn Lozada files for divorce from Ochocinco after just 41 days of marriage

Kim and Kris Humphries managed to ride out their marriage for 72 days.. and this new divorce makes that look legit.

You know all the drama that’s been going on with Chad Ochocinco Johnson. He head-butted his new bride, Evelyn Lozado, after she found a receipt for condoms in his car. Chad got dropped from the Miami Dolphins, lost his two reality show gigs (Hard Knocks, Ev and Ocho) and now his wife of 6 weeks is leaving him. Cue the country music.

They just got married over the 4^th of July but Evelyn decided to end their marriage after just 41 days, you know, because of the violence. She released a statement saying, “I am deeply disappointed that Chad has failed to take responsibility for his actions and made false accusations against me. It is my sincere hope that he seeks the help he needs to overcome his troubles. Domestic violence is not okay, and hopefully my taking a stand will help encourage other women to break their silence as well.”

Ocho apologized on his website, saying, “I would like to apologize to everyone for the recent events that have occurred. I would like to wish Evelyn well and will never say anything bad about her because I truly love her to death. I will continue to be positive and train hard for another opportunity in the NFL. To all the fans and supporters I have disappointed, you have my sincerest apologies. I will stay positive and get through this tough period in my life.”

Oh and this mistress is bringing herself into this drama too. She’s this 30-year old mother of two, Beverly Shiner, claims that she was hooking up with Ocho for months and they broke it off shortly before the wedding. Shame shame shame.
