Lady Gaga is PETA’s next “flour bombing” target!!
Written by Russ Francis+
Lady Gaga better watch her back, because she pissed off the wrong pet lovers! After Gaga was spotted wearing a variety of furs, PETA sent her several letters and tons of tweets, but hasn’t received a response…so they’ve moved on to making threats. They warned Gaga to stop wearing fur or she’ll be the next celeb to be ‘flour bombed.’
Back in March, Kim Kardashian was covered in white flour as she walked the red caret. The gluten-attack was made by an angry member, although the woman denied any association with PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals). But, if it wasn’t them…why did Kim’s sister, Khloé, who posed in PETA’s sexy ad campaign, quit the animal rights org shortly after the powder incident? (See photos and video of Kim getting floured below.)
But back to Gaga, she had said on Ellen back in 2009 “I hate fur and I don’t wear fur.” This delighted PETA to no end; especially the organization’s large number of gay members who are big fans. PETA simply wants to know if the minks and fur stalls she’s been seen in—are real or fake?
But instead of responding to PETA’s question, Gaga tweeted: ”To those press and such who are writing about whether or not my fur is actually real, please don’t forget to credit the designer Hermes.”
This pissed off PETA and made lots of Little Monsters mad at Mother.
Naturally, real fur is far worse, but fake fur is not so great either. PETA feels that it “sends the message that wearing fur is acceptable.” On PETA’s web site they suggest you only wear fake fur if it is “so obviously fake that they could never be mistaken for the real thing.” Or another option they suggest is to “adorn your faux fur with a PETA button.”
Gaga’s full length fur looks like dozens of rabbits had to give their lives…and we don’t see a “PETA button.”
Quick, someone save the puppy before Mother Monster makes puts him into a stew!
