Giuliana and Bill Rancic finally got what they always wanted… a baby!

Giuliana and Bill Rancic have longed for a baby to call their own. Their reality show documented their problems conceiving… Giuliana even discovered that she had breast cancer when she was going in to receive more IVF treatments. But they finally got they wanted… a baby of their very own!

Giuliana and Bill announced several months ago that a surrogate was carrying their baby and this morning, their baby boy was born.

Proud papa Bill sent a tweet early this morning, saying, “The ‘Duke’ has landed! Edward Duke Rancic was welcomed into the world last night at 7lbs 4oz. G & I feel blessed beyond words…We did it!”
