Holly Madison’s baby daddy heading to the slammer?

Playboy star Holly Madison finally got the one thing that Hef wouldn’t give her.. a baby in her belly. She is 12 weeks pregnant with her boyfriend of 9 months baby. His name is Pasquale Rotella but he may not be around for the birth of the baby and just skip straight to the teenage years if he has to go to prison.

He’s this party promoter and was charged in a corruption case after his company illegally accepted $2.5mil from city officials as a personal payment. He and his co-conspirators were slapped with 29 counts of bribery, embezzlement, conspiracy and conflict of interest.

He is due back in court on September 25 and faces 13 years and 8 months in jail if he’s found guilty.

Guess Holly likes ‘em old, crooked or whatever Criss Angel is. Sigh.

Holly, you couldn’t have found someone to procreate with that isn’t facing major jail time? I mean, she’s still pretty hot even though she looks a several years older (right? Am I the only one) than 33. I think some of Hef’s old man cooties rubbed off on her.
