Nicolas Cage got shamed into returning some DVDs

Nicolas Cage rented a few DVDs back in April and forgot to return them.

He rented “A Star is Born” and “The King of Comedy” from this place in LA called Old Bank DVD and forgot to bring them back. They weren’t gonna let him get away with that thievery just because he’s a star! After trying to get a hold of him for months, the manager decided to turn to his fans to help get them back.

The owner posted on Facebook, “If anyone happens to run into Nicolas Cage wandering the neighborhood, please kindly remind him he’s had [our DVD's] for a few months. Old Bank DVD is not responsible if he gets mad, bursts into flames and beats you up though.”

It actually worked! Nic returned the two movies and paid the $244.48 in late fees. Well, they didn’t make him pay the whole fine but he did have to fork over $80.
