John Travolta’s Former Lover reveals Kelly “had to know” (VIDEO)
Written by Russ Francis+
More Travolta TMI coming at you! Last week we gave you a heads up that John Travolta’s multitasking pilot/boy toy had a ‘tell-all’ interview in last week’s National Enquirer. Well, now there’s an accompanying video of that interview, released exclusively on Radar Online.
We wouldn’t be surprised if the Enquirer were to also make the interview available as an EBook and a Podcast…oh…and don’t forget to follow him on Twitter @JohnTravolta’sFormerLover.
Teasing aside, Doug seems like a lovely person. We actually feel bad for him. It sounds like first he was used by John and then he was thrown under the bus by his friend ( John’s former assistant, Joan Edwards who spilled the beans about their affair, back in June).
Joan told the Enquirer, “We both worked for John at the same time. Doug is a wonderful guy and we are still good friends. He told me that John was gay and they had a sexual relationship.”
But, why did they both decide to air John Travolta’s dirty laundry to the dirtiest of all magazines?? Why not Oprah? Oh yeah…she and The Travoltas are BFF…
The interview is interesting because we hear it directly from “John Travolta’s Former Lover,” but it covers the same old, same old: John Travolta is both a hopeless romantic and a raging sex maniac…one minute he’s flying Doug up the California coast for a romantic weekend with bottles of merlot…the next he’s inviting hoards of men to join them in bed—AKA “he’s a lady on the street, but a freak in the sheets.”
The only new piece of news is Doug’s insight about Kelly Preston. Doug says, “I feel bad for Kelly, she’s obviously in the middle of it… How can you not be aware of it? “[On meeting John after their affair ended] I just said, ‘So John tell me, do you still prefer men or women now that you’re married?’ And he answered me, ‘Well, Doug, I still prefer men.’ And I said, ‘Okay.’”
