Meet Snooki’s meatball, baby Lorenzo Dominic! (PICS)

Snooki is such a reality show mom! Soon as that baby was out of her belly (or out of the thing that has made the rounds at the Shore house), she put on her tanner and fake eyelashes and posed for pics with her newborn, Lorenzo Dominic, on the cover of People magazine. No word how much she was paid for the first pics (couldn’t have been that much.. No one pays a lot for baby celeb pics anymore) but she’s gotta cash in while she still can now that the Jersey Shore door is finally starting to close.

Snooks is still gushing about motherhood.. Keep in mind, she and Jionni are living with the baby at his parent’s house, so I’m sure they are getting tons of help. But still, being a mommy looks good on her. A lot better than stumbling, blacked out drunk, peeing on the club floor.
