2012 MTV VMA RECAP: Rihanna found new love with a Moon Man!

Rihanna rightfully took home the top honor ‘Video of the Year’ at last night’s MTV Video Music Awards and Kevin Hart rightfully took a jab at Kristen Stewart… At first we thought Kevin was definitely on Team Bella saying, “If she [Kristen] did [have an affair], so what? It’s over. Move on!” But then, he sneaks in his shot… “Look on the bride side, they’re now a part of the seven dwarfs. You’ve got sleepy, grumpy, adultery, cheating.”
But, the truly awkward moment we were all dying to see—Rob Pattinson throwing a ‘Moon Man’ at Kristen Stewart—was avoided since she was in Canada at the Toronto Film Fest and a little out of his throwing range. Rob, of course, was there presenting the exclusive clip from Breaking Dawn Part 2, along with Taylor Lautner, Jackson Rathbone, Peter Facinelli, Elizabeth Reaser, director Bill Condon and whoever else could fit on stage for Rob to hide behind.
But, why are we talking about movie stars—wasn’t this the VIDEO MUSIC Awards?? Let’s talk about Chris Brown and Rihanna! Why did she feel the need to give him a kiss on the way to accept her award?? RiRi fans are not too happy with her. Ever since she confessed to Oprah during their ‘heart-to-heart’ that she still loves him…things have been getting interesting…Unfortunately. You’d think the MTV ‘Video of the Year’ award winner would have a tad more self-respect.
