LeAnn Rimes isn’t changing her lifestyle in rehab.. Still tweeting, performing, complaining.

LeAnn Rimes is getting help in rehab for stress and anxiety but she’s still going about her regular business.

She’s been tweeting from rehab, even though that’s the thing that sorta threw her over the edge. She tweeted that she has the best fans ever and thanked them for their patience and unwavering love. Then she left the facility to perform a concert in Wisconsin.

One minute, she told her fans that she was so happy that she was about to cry. Next minute, she said that she was ‘pissed off at a lot of things’ and just couldn’t say it, so ‘it comes out in the music’.

It was rumored that Brandi Glanville was hooking back up with Eddie Cibrian while LeAnn was getting help. That would be the ultimate revenge but Brandi is denying that she’s stooped down to LeAnn’s level. She tweeted, “I am not cheating with my ex husband. I would never do that. Ewwww.”

LeAnn has continued to tweet up a storm but never addressed those rumors. She hasn’t even been in rehab for two weeks and should spend the remainder of the month there (excluding weekends. I guess even the sick and twisted get weekends off). Hopefully she can get the help that she needs. I’m no rehab counselor but I’m gonna suggest that she should stay off of Twitter and maybe eat a cheeseburger. Oh, and think happy thoughts.
