Rihanna gets an ‘Underboob’ tattoo to ‘honor’ her late Grandmother

Hey gran gran, check out my new boobie tattoo! I got it for you! Rihanna’s beloved late grandmother must have been a lot hipper than ours… And does this mean that RiRi’s planning to wear MORE underboob exposing ensembles? We thought that was a fad! We prayed for the heavens to take it away…far far away…

But last night, Ri took to Twitter to show off her new ink — a picture of the Egyptian goddess Isis, which is a tribute to her grandmother who died earlier this year after a long battle with cancer.

Rihanna tweeted along with the photo: “Goddess Isis- Complete Woman – Model for future generations – #GRANGRANDOLLY – always in and on my heart.”

This is actually a very pretty tattoo and a truly lovely acknowledgment of Ms. Dolly’s imprint on her granddaughter…however…isn’t Ri’s new tat closer to her breasts than her heart? But, maybe that’s just tit-for-tat.

It’s been estimated that Rihanna now has a total of 17 tats, including stars on her neck, a giant falcon on her ankle, a gun on her ribcage, music notes on her feet and the word “Love” on her finger. Hmmm are we sensing a theme here??? Stars, birds, guns, music notes, love, Egyptian goddesses…okay…maybe not…seems pretty random.
