Royal sex scandal- Kate Middleton wasn’t just sunbathing topless…

Kate Middleton shouldn’t have to be on her best behavior at all times. Just because she’s the queen-to-be doesn’t mean she shouldn’t be allowed to let loose (literally) in private.

Kate and Prince William were staying at a relative’s presumably private Chateau in France. While lounging out at the pool, the princess took her top off and some lurking photogs snapped pics of her topless. This French magazine Closer published these pics so the royals decided to take action.

They are suing the magazine for breach of privacy and released the statement saying, “Their royal highnesses have been hugely saddened to learn that a French publication and a photographer have invaded their privacy in such a grotesque and totally unjustifiable manner.” Unofficially, Prince William is telling friends that he wants the people responsible for these photos to be jailed.

Closer magazine took the topless photos off of their website but now another magazine is gearing up to release even more photos. An Italian magazine called Chi plans to publish between 50-200 more pics in a 26 page spread today.. and the publisher alluded that there was some kinky time beside the pool. She said, “There are more intimate pictures that exist that we haven’t published and will not publish. These images are full of joy, not degrading.”

The Italian magazine doesn’t think that they are doing anything wrong by publishing these private pics of the royal family. The editor said, “The Duchess would be no different to any other celeb pics we would get in, for example Rihanna or Lady Gaga. She’s not the future queen of Ireland so really the only place this is causing fury seems to be in the UK, and they are very very tasteful pictures.”
