Lindsay Lohan arrested! Is she heading back to the slammer?

Lindsay Lohan kept putting her name in the news. She inserted herself into the Tom Cruise/ Vanity Fair story, then started tweeting that it wasn’t fair that Amanda Bynes kept getting away with breaking the law while she was sent to jail…. But now Lilo is back in the news for her own bad behavior.

Lindsay was arrested early this morning after a hit-and-run with a pedestrian. She was parking her Porsche at the Dream Hotel in downtown NYC when she clipped a 30-something year old guy in his knees. She was going a ‘very low speed’ and hopped out of her vehicle after the collision. She first checked her car then asked the guy how he was doing. Then she went inside the hotel like nothing happened.

Someone called the police and when she exited 30 minutes later, she was arrested. They charged her with leaving the scene of a crime, which is a misdemeanor so she didn’t have to serve any hard time. She was booked and released without bail. Sources say that alcohol was not involved.

Care more about the victim than Lindsay did? He was hospitalized but he didn’t have any visible injuries.

Now this arrest could be a probation violation in Lilo’s jewelry heist case (the old one that she was arrested for. Not the recent one that was dismissed) because the condition of her probation is to obey all laws!
