Chris Brown failed a drug test at his probation hearing.. Is he going to jail?

Rihanna may have forgiven Chris Brown for the assault more than 3 years ago but he still has to answer to the courts.

He had a probation hearing yesterday in LA and Rihanna actually tweeted him some support. She tweeted, “Praying for you baby, my best wishes are with you today! Remember that whatever God does in our lives, it is WELL DONE!!!  #1Love.”.

Her well wishes didn’t really help him out in court… He failed a drug test.

He tested positive for marijuana earlier this summer in Virginia. He said that he smoked the stuff in California, where he has a medical clearance for marijuana. The judge chose not to punish him because she never told him that he couldn’t smoke. She did give him a warning that he’s not just an average person who can sit around and do what he wants.

His community service hours were also brought into question. Chris claims that he’s completed a lot of hours but forgot to sign off on them. They want to verify all of his hours so they are still looking into that.

The judge scheduled a probation violation hearing for November 1^st so maybe he won’t get off scot-free after all.

Even if he does, I bet Rihanna will send him care packages in the slammer. And maybe he would get lucky and have to bunk with fellow criminals Lindsay Lohan and Amanda Bynes, if they ever had to pay for their crimes.
