Justin Bieber threw up all over the stage during concert… and the girls still went wild! (VID)

Justin Bieber experienced a violent bout of ‘Bieber Fever’ on stage.

He was at his very first show of his new tour in Glendale, Arizona. He was performing ‘Out of Town Girl’ when in the middle of the song, he turned his back to the crowd and threw up all over the stage.

He walked off stage for a minute to regain composure but came back and continued the show. He got sick again but managed to make it off the stage for this one.

When he came back, he apologized to the crowd while asking them for a little love. He said, “It’s hard for me, because I’m feeling really sick, but I want to say ‘thank you’ to all my fans for making me feel so comfortable . . . [It's] not really a great feeling when you’re throwing up in front of a bunch of people. But you guys don’t judge me, do you? You love me just the same? Even though I’m throwing up all over the stage? You love me that much? How much do you love me? I wanted to give you the best show you’ve ever seen, so do you mind if I finish [it]?”

Later, he tweeted, “Great show. Getting better for tomorrow’s show. Love you… and milk was a bad choice! LOL.”

Selena Gomez is lucky that this didn’t happen to her or the pregnancy rumors would be swirling now! With that being said, as far as we know, Bieber’s not pregnant.
