Lindsay Lohan assaulted in her hotel room

Lindsay Lohan is making herself at home in New York. Just like in LA, she’s getting very well acquainted with the police. Shocker.

Lindsay was partying it up in the club Saturday night. She was hanging out at 1 Oak nightclub when she met this guy, Christian LaBella. She invited him to come back with her to  the W hotel, along with some friends, and continue the party. They were all hanging out when she noticed that Christian was recording her with his cell phone. She discovered that he had 50 videos and pictures of her that he was already emailing out to his contacts and confronted him about it… That’s when he started attacking her.

Christian reportedly threw her on the bed, leaving some scratches on her hand. She grabbed his camera and ran out of the room. He followed her out in the hallway and supposedly started choking her and threw her on the ground. One of her friends grabbed Christian off of her and Lilo pulled the fire alarm.

The cops showed up and arrested Christian on two counts each of assault and harassment. They later dropped the charges because there wasn’t enough evidence to prove Lindsay’s claims.

Christian has some minor Hollywood ties. His facebook page (it’s since been deleted) says that he’s related to Heather McDonald, who writes and appears regularly on Chelsea Lately. He also has pictures of him with the Kardashians and is a staffer for Illinois Republican Congressman John Shimkus.
