Rick Ross and Young Jeezy get into a gun fight at the BET awards (VID)

The BET Awards were taped Saturday night but the real action was going on behind the scenes.

Rick Ross and Young Jeezy got into a brawl out in the parking lot. They were shoving each other as the security was trying to keep them apart. Then someone from Rick’s entourage pulled a gun and started firing shots. The cops were called and had to use pepper spray to break up the fight.

No arrests were made and the cops said that there wasn’t any evidence of shots being fired.

Sadly, there was a casualty. Someone smashed a car mirror in the process.

There were some other fights too. 50 Cent supposedly got into with a Rick Ross protégé, some rapper named Gunplay. Then 50 and Diddy got into too. They started bucking up to each other until Diddy just suddenly walked away.. Maybe to go get the gun from outside? He’s been connected to gun fights in the past…

BET said that the ceremony was not interrupted and will air on October 9^th as scheduled.

Man, stuff like that never happens at the Grammys.
