Lady Gaga beats Justin Bieber’s record by a single upchuck! (VIDEO)

Last week when Gaga revealed that she’s been battling anorexia and bulimia since she was 15—we didn’t know the battle was going to commence onstage…mid-concert.

Gaga hurled on stage 4+ times at her concert this weekend in Barcelona, which beats Justin Bieber’s record of 3 times in a single concert. As Gaga hung her head off the back of the stage, her back up dancer tried covering by using lots of exaggerated jazz hand moves. (See video)

Some are saying Gaga was simply sick from eating at her family’s new restaurant, Joanne Trattoria, which one critic recently called “the worst thing since herpes.” He doesn’t seem to be the only one who doesn’t care for the Italian joint either. It has been hit with several health violations, racking up a whooping 42 health code points, which would give a restaurant a ‘C’ grade; although Joanne Trattoria has not yet been assigned a letter grade.

In all seriousness, a history of bulimia is associated with involuntary purging even after someone gets into recovery. It’s very dangerous if not taken care of with professional help. As you may image, it’s the body’s reaction to overriding the gag reflex for so long. In that case, we sure hope it was just some nasty Chicken Cacciatore and NOT the devastating affects of an eating disorder.

Gaga later told the crowd, “I went backstage and vomited, and I did not want you to see this… It happens to me sometimes.”
