Jennifer Lawrence feared fame because of the Britney Spears meltdown…as she should!

Jennifer Lawrence covers the November issue of Vogue UK wearing a black and white lace Dolce & Gabbana dress. She opens up to the British fashion mag about her paralyzing fear of being in the public eye.

She said, “I was really upset the day Hunger Games came out. I was shaking all day wrapped in a blanket…Dude, have you seen what they’ve done to Britney Spears?”

Jennifer’s fear seems to be focused on the pressure to be skinny. She told Vogue that she’s just a “normal girl who loves to eat…I’m so tired of the lollipops,” (referencing Hollywood’s ultra thin, which makes heads appear large and NOT a new lollipop diet).

She added, “I mean, if I looked like that I wouldn’t be tired of it, obviously. But it’s hilarious, the way I’m supposedly the overweight one? Like, they got me at the movies yesterday and the caption read something like ‘Curvy star cannot wait to dig into tub of popcorn.’ I mean, C’mon!”

Media scrutiny is something that made Jennifer think twice about inking a three-movie deal based on the popular book trilogy, commenting “little freedoms being eroded away.”

That being said, she isn’t going to cry over making millions as a working actress.
“As far as jobs go, I’d say I was pretty lucky.”
