Chris Brown’s parting gift to Karrueche… a new house! (VID)

Sometimes, you just can’t quit Chris Brown. That seems to be the problem with both Rihanna and Karrueche Tran.

He dumped Karrueche, citing Rihanna as the reason, then released that drunk video where he said that he was in love with two women. Karrueche was reportedly mad about the video and embarrassed that she got played… but she still had a sleepover at Chris Brown’s house.

She was spotted going to Chris’ house and then left the next day, doing the walk of shame.

Guess she’s filling that empty void while Rihanna is traveling? Or maybe she was working out the final details on her parting gift….

Chris is giving her money to buy a house. He wanted to make this split as easy as possible so he set her up financially.. Then got some action for his good deeds.

Here’s what he says in the video.

“I’m a little drunk so I’m gonna be honest. Y’all don’t really get the real Chris Brown, so I’d like to just be honest, man. It’s just, you know, when you share history with somebody then you tend to fall in love with somebody else, it’s kinda difficult.

“It’s like, is there such thing as loving two people? I don’t know if that’s possible, but for me, I just feel like that. Y’all are probably like what the f**k is he talking about right now? But I’m being real.”
