Lindsay Lohan reaches out to papa Michael during the fight… and he released the audio. (AUDIO)

Lindsay and Dina Lohan got into a knock-down, drag-out fight after leaving the club at 4 a.m. yesterday morning. They saved the domestic violence for the limo ride home.. after Dina was wasted off of 4 glasses of wine.

The two started arguing about where the limo should drop them off.. Lindsay just wanted to go back to her hotel in NYC but Dina wanted to go back to their Long Island home so she wouldn’t have to pay for a cab. That’s when they started throwing out bad words and punches. Lindsay’s leg got scratched in the process and her diamond bracelet got broken. She ended up calling papa Michael while all this was going on and of course, he released that audio.

TMZ has all of the audio and a transcript because she’s talking hysterically on speakerphone so it’s pretty hard to understand. But she’s telling her dad that she loaned Dina $40k to her house from getting foreclosed. Michael tells her that her mom is kidnapping her and Lindsay tells him that Dina called the cops after they had been out together all night. She also accused Dina of being on cocaine and gashed her leg during the scuffle. And while Lindsay was saying that her mom was saying ‘disgusting things to her’, Dina was in the background screaming ‘You’re dead to me!’.

Once the cops showed up, they filed a domestic violence report but didn’t arrest anyone because the Lohan’s usually get off scot-free.

Then a few hours later, Lindsay was photographed giving her mom a hug. Maybe she was giving her a loving embrace before they ship her off to rehab?
