Hulk Hogan files lawsuit against his BFF (VIDEO)
Written by Russ Francis+
Hulk Hogan showed up at his ‘press conference’ adorned in his black mourning do-rag and matching black v-neck. Hulk towered behind his sweet lawyer, who announced the details of not one but TWO lawsuits filed by his client. The black do-rag is worn in remembrance of all of the victims of sex tapes that have gone before him.
The first of the TWO lawsuits is against Heather Clem aka Heather Cole and her ex-husband, Bubba the Love Sponge Clem aka Todd Alan Clem, alleging claims of invasion of privacy, public disclosure of private facts, intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress and violation of the Florida statute prohibiting the taping of another person without their knowledge.
The SECOND lawsuit is against Gawker Media, which posted excerpts of the video on their website and refused to remove them after Hogan’s legal counsel sent a cease and desist demand for their removal and destruction.
So what exactly is Hulk Hogan seeking from the website, its owner Nick Denton and other affiliates? A whopping $100 million in monetary damages, plus punitive damages, a temporary restraining order and a preliminary and permanent injunction to force Gawker Media to remove all content of the video from their websites.
Hulk has got to be loving all this attention.
