Rob & Kristen Update: Separate homes, separate hotels, but same friends

Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart had their first post-cheating photos snapped of them this week. The first one was taken over the weekend while the reunited couple hit a friends birthday bash at LiLo’s fave—Chateau Marmont.  The second photo (seen here) was taken on Monday as they left a lunch spot in L.A. with more friends.

Meanwhile, Radar Online claims that the “Twilight” studio booked them in SEPARATE HOTEL ROOMS for their Breaking Dawn – Part 2 publicity tour.

A source says, “[The studio] isn’t taking any chances that the couple will have problems again and be forced to scramble at the last minute to book one of them a posh hotel suite”

“In fact, in several cities, rooms have been booked for Kristen at a separate hotel from the rest of the A-list cast. Rob and Kristen are always professional, but the fact is she cheated on him, and this media tour needs to go off without a hitch. Summit wants the final installment of the Twilight franchise to go off without a hitch, in order to prime the movie to break box office records,” the source added.

But separate hotels is only temporary, while purchasing a separate $2 million home is…a little more permanent. Kristen did just that, she bought a home about a mile down the road from the one she shared with Rob. We hear it was the last house (for sale) on the block.
