Cee Lo Green accused of sexual assault

It’s not all Christmas hits and cheer for Cee Lo Green right now. He has to defend himself after he was accused of sexual assault.. As far as we know, there were no Muppets involved. (See below)
Not a lot of details on this case right now but some woman filed a police report accusing him of sexual assaulting her in this restaurant in Downtown LA. The detectives visited the restaurant and questioned the manager and several employees.
Cee Lo denies any wrong doing. He says that he hasn’t been to that restaurant in months and insists “Nothing ever happened there or anywhere else.”
No charges have been filed and the case has not been referred to prosecutors.
