Taylor Swift got a #1 album and a new man… Conor who? (PICS)

Things are looking up for Taylor Swift since her split from Conor Kennedy.

Her new album ‘Red’ sold 1.21mil copies in its first week. That’s more than any album has sold in its debut week in 10 years, beating out Eminem’s 2002 album ‘The Eminem Show’ that sold 1.3mil in the first week.

And it looks like Taylor may have moved on with another man already.. Hopefully this new relationship can work out at least short term because they will be spending a lot of time together in the near future…. He’s her opening act for the upcoming ‘Red’ tour.

Ed Sheeran is this British singer-songwriter that will be traveling with and opening up for Taylor. The romance rumors first started between them when they did the duet ‘Everything Has Changed’ together.. Taylor bragged about their chemistry and said that their fans could look forward to them collaborating more in the future.

Taylor gushed about working with Ed, saying, “I showed up at his hotel in Arizona and we just wrote songs all day. Then he came and hung out at my house in Los Angeles and we spent all night sitting on the kitchen floor laughing, writing songs and harmonizing.”

But is this something more than puppy love? Ed is showing his love in a more permanent way.

Just a few days ago, he got a tattoo on his left bicep that said ‘RED’ in red letters and everyone is thinking it is an ode to his new girlfriend.
