Hulk Hogan gets DENIED in court and we’re the ones who will suffer for it…
Written by Russ Francis+
Today is a sad day for Hulk Hogan, but a MUCH sadder day for us—the public at large. A judge has ruled that Gawker does NOT have to take down Hulk’s awkward sex tape. It will stay online—infecting all who click on the link—at least for the foreseeable future anyway.
You’ll recall, Hulk sued Gawker for $100 million for publishing his sex tape. He filed a preliminary motion demanding the site take it down immediately while the case makes its way through the court system, but today Hulk was shot down.
The judge said that Hulk failed to prove the website wasn’t within its First Amendment rights to post the video in the first place.
Moreover, the judge wrote, “This is an example of where the proverbial ‘cat is out of the bag’” (everyone’s already seen Hulk’s bare white a$$ anyway).
The end result could turn out differently, but it’s not looking good. Please pray with us…this must be take down…it is a matter of public safety…no one else should have to get hurt…no one’s eye balls shall again bleed.
Do you agree with the ruling?
