Gabriel Aubry tells his version of the Thanksgiving beatdown

Halle Berry’s baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, was arrested on Thanksgiving following a fight with her fiancé, Olivier Martinez, but he says he’s not a fault for this massive beatdown. He says that Olivier started threatening him the day before.

They were all at a school play for 4-year old Nahla when Olivier walked up and whispered in Gabriel’s ear in French that he wished he could beat the crap out of him right now but they were in school.

The next day when Gabriel dropped off Nahla, Olivier stormed out of the house and started screaming that he cost them $3mil in the custody battle. He started beating him, threatening him, slammed his head in the concrete. Then Olivier told him that he called the cops and when they showed up, Gabriel better tell them that he started the fight or he would kill him.

Well now Gabriel has filed a restraining order against Olivier. He turned over pictures of his badly beaten face and his hands that have no marks on them, to show that he wasn’t the one throwing the punches. And he asked for the police to demand that Halle turn over the surveillance tape that will prove that he is an innocent victim that did not provoke this fight.

But since Gabriel is the one that was arrested, he is facing deportation back to Canada if he gets convicted.
