Stephen Baldwin ARRESTED for a Lindsay Lohan crime! (MUGSHOT)

What does Stephen Baldwin and Lindsay Lohan have in common? They are rich but don’t want to pay their taxes! (“Tisk tisk!” –Uncle Sam and the IRS).

Stephen was arrested in New York yesterday for tax evasion because he owes the IRS more than $350k. It wasn’t just a simple oversight either. He didn’t file a return in 2008, 2009 or 2010.

The D.A. released a statement, saying, “”At a time when Rockland County and New York State face severe fiscal shortfalls, we cannot afford to allow wealthy residents to break the law by cheating on their taxes.”

This is a felony and he could be facing up to four years in prison for it. Stephen plead ‘not guilty’ (“Heard that!” – Lilo) and his lawyer insists that he didn’t do anything wrong.
