Of course, the only reason that we even know about this is because Kelly released it to the public. In the midst of this sex scandal, she released the sweet video to show that her husband is innocent and sweet… And not into men?

Ne-Yo’s got a new song out too. It’s called “Lazy Love” off his upcoming album R.E.D.. Does that album title sound familiar? That’s because that’s the same name of one of The Game’s album. The Game released his album R.E.D. last year and it debuted #1 on the Billboard 200 charts. But Ne-Yo insists that he didn’t steal the title from The Game. He says that he carefully selected the name of his album R.E.D because it stands for ‘realizing every dream’.

You’ve heard about this movie and probably seen the trailer like a thousand times. It’s actually a love story between Sherrie (Julianne Hough) and Drew (Diego Boneta) but their romance is told through the music of rock legend Stacee Jaxx (Tom Cruise).

Tom covers three songs during the movie, including Guns N’ Roses “Paradise City”, Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believing” and Def Leppard’s “Pour Some Sugar On Me”. We’ve got to save some of these musical goodies for the movie but we have one tasty treat for your ears.

Some people are saying that if Jennifer left Idol right now, there would still be a chance to save that show. Critics are saying that hiring all these big names stars is the downfall of the reality singing competition because they are too afraid to be harsh and give their true opinions. So if Idol hires someone who’s not such a big name and isn’t afraid to give their true opinions, then maybe they can start producing true artist again.

But others say this is really just about the money and the speculation. J.Lo wants a bigger paycheck now that newbie Britney Spears will be earning nearly as much for her first year with X-Factor. Plus, Idol creator Nigel Lythgoe said the speculation of bringing in a new judge will keep people talking until next season.

Radar Online found this strange email that was sent to the Atlanta resort that John Doe #2 was working at when Travolta alleged assaulted him. The email, written by an anonymous coworker, said that he was concerned with how they handled the situation where a coworker had to massage the same male celebrity that he reported was being inappropriate. He even referred to the masseuse as ‘John Doe’. But the email was written a month after the incident, making the date wrong, and John Doe says he only massaged Travolta once. Plus, the email specifically called the other masseuse ‘John Doe’, even though it was written before any lawsuit was filed. Gloria said that the email absolutely refers to her client but she can’t explain the date mix up.

Justin sent out this tweet yesterday, just simply saying, “Thank you for the time I had with you but I have to move on now.” The tweet was deleted shortly after that but everyone started speculating that Justin and Selena must have broken up or, even worse, he dumped her via Twitter. Sources say that this split should come as no shock. They’ve grown apart due to their hectic work schedules. Lately, Selena’s been working on a film in Bulgaria while Biebs is in the States working on his new album.

Her baby daddy Scott Disick skipped out on her baby shower and Mother’s Day to ‘host’ a party at Harrah’s Resort in Atlanta City, but really he was just getting sloppy drunk to the point where he was throwing up in trash cans. What makes this even worse, Kanye West even bothered showing up to the baby shower. Pretty bad if Kanye is upstaging Scott in his daddy duties and he’s not even a father.

Well now it came out that he shares something in common with Kim… He’s been harboring his own sexy tape past. He allegedly documented quite a few of his hooks up and there’s at least 8 or 9 tapes floating around. Well when Kourtney found out about these tapes, she threw him out of their LA home and it was all caught on tape for this season of ‘Keeping up with the Kardashians’. She told him to get out and to not come back until she’s ready to give birth.

Here’s the plot of the movie.  Dax has to take Kristen on the run after they were discovered by the bad guys. Then Dax drops the bombshell on her.. He was actually hiding out in the witness protection program after being involved in a bank robbery and now the guys that he’s been running from wants their money!

The movie also stars Bradley Cooper, Kristin Chenoweth and Tom Arnold. It doesn’t hit theaters August 24^th, but you can get your first glimpse at the trailer right here!

Disco Queen Donna Summer passed away early Thursday morning. She was only 63 years old.

There hasn’t been an official cause of death yet but it’s being reported that she was suffering from cancer. TMZ claims that she had lung cancer and sources said that Donna thought that she got it by ‘inhaling toxic particles after the 9/11 attack in New York City’. Her family released a statement saying, “While we grieve her passing, we’re at peace celebrating her extraordinary life and continued legacy.”

Donna had a legendary career. She started off as a backup singer for Three Dog Night before releasing her first big hit “Love to Love You Baby” in 1975. She won 5 Grammys, 6 American Music Awards and was the first African American woman to be nominated for an MTV Video Music Award for “She Works Hard for the Money”.

The family just signed a $40mil, three-year deal to keep ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ on the E! network. But the family doesn’t plan on taking a break after that contract is up.

Kris Jenner did an interview on the Today Show and she admitted that her whole family is addicted to the cameras because they’ve had them in their lives for so long. Khloe spoke up about that too somewhere. She said, “I hope they’ll want to film me in my old-folks home, where my kids will probably put me because I’ll be too evil.  They’ll be changing my diapers on TV.”

But one thing that Kris wouldn’t speak up about was Kimmy’s new relationship. She said, “I’ve stopped commenting about the details in my kid’s friendships and relationships… I get nothing but in trouble… He is great and she is happy.” She might not comment about it right now, but you could see the dollar signs in her eyes as she was mentally calculating the profits off the next wedding.

Travolta’s lawyer still claims his innocence. He said due to all the bogus stories coming out about his client, they fully expect other “John Doe’s” to come out and make more false claims, but they have not been contacted by the new accuser’s attorney.

That makes a total of 5 accusers that have come forward against Travolta. John Doe #1 was dropped by his attorney for getting the abuse dates wrong, but he just hired Gloria Allred to represent him. John Doe #2 is still waiting to see if Travolta will pay him $250k to make this all go away. Plus there is still the former cruise line employee and the masseuse from the Peninsula Hotel but no word on whether they have filed any charges against Travolta yet.

She won’t give a definite answer about returning but has offered up a ton of excuses on why she may not be coming back. We all just assumed that she was playing this game again to hold out for more money. When she did that last season, she ended up scoring $20mil. But it may not be about the money after all.

Sources told E! that J.Lo won’t be returning next season because she’s just too busy. She’s about to go on tour with Enrique Iglesias and will be on the road through the end of the year. The next round of Idol auditions will begin while she’s overseas and she’s been thinking about taking off more time to spend at home with her kids… Wonder if she will change her mind again if she gets another hefty pay raise?

She used to date baseball player Matt Kemp but they broke things off over a year ago. This time, she’s sinking her claws into a basketball player, J.R. Smith of the New York Knicks. They were seen getting flirty at a New York night club, where Rihanna was holding his hands and sitting in his lap.

And they already seem to have a lot in common! Rihanna is known for sending out overly sexy and suggestive tweets and it looks like her man is guilty of the same thing. He was fined $25k by the NBA last month for tweeting a pic of woman’s butt in his bed, wearing a thong.

There’s this company called Celebrity Gene that snagged some of the Biebs hair and cloned his DNA. And now they are selling pendants with Justin’s DNA in them! The pendant costs about $120 bucks and will go on sale around the end of the month.

If Beiber’s not really your style, they offer up other celebrity DNA pendants like Michael Jackson, Princess Diana, Elvis Presley and Al Capone.

He had to step away from the spotlight for a few years to get his head back on straight. He decided to take a hiatus after giving two explosive interviews.

Back in 2010, he made some very racist remarks in a Playboy interview. He admitted that he’s not into black girls because his wang ‘is sort of like a white supremacist’. That’s also the interview where he referred to Jessica Simpson as his sexual napalm. And in that same year, he said a bunch of weird stuff to Rolling Stone about his sexual preferences, self pleasures and how he may never get over Jennifer Aniston. He later read his interview and said he wasn’t sure if he ‘would want to hang out’ with himself but decided you can’t go wrong if you tell the truth. It was all very strange and too honest.

Well now he’s back and he explained his bizarre episodes to Ellen. He said, “It was a very strange time and it sort of rocketed me into adulthood. It was a violent crash into being an adult. For a couple of years it was just figuring it all out, and I’m glad I actually stayed out of the spotlight. Because I think back then I would of said, ‘Give me two weeks or let me get out and do Ellen and let me explain myself.’ It was like, ‘No, idiot. Go away and be 33 and 34 instead of 28 for the fourth year.’”

He admitted that he ‘had to go home for a minute’ to heal after receiving that backlash back in 2010. He said, “The plan that originally gets you out of high school and your hometown, in front of people, that plan was over. I had done it. I just sort of lost my head for a little while.”

What do you think of John’s explanation? Are you ready to accept him back into society?

It was rumored for awhile that Simon Cowell was hot after Mariah to take a spot on the judging panel. Mariah played coy about the idea for awhile (aka, prob demanded a ton of money) but eventually, her hubby Nick Cannon shot down those rumors. He said on his show that doing X-Factor would be a ‘step down’ for his wife, who is still enjoying a successful career.

So when Mariah was walking the red carpet with her hubs shortly after the new judges were announced, Extra asked Mariah about how she felt about Demi Lovato and Britney Spears joining X-Factor.. Mariah’s answer, “You think I focus on that stuff? Have we met?”

Then she realized that she sounded like a sore loser, so she backtracked and said that she doesn’t have any ‘ill feelings’ towards Brit-Brit.

What do you think? Is Mariah a little jealous that X-Factor could find other suitable judges?

It was rumored that these two were catfighting while on set. Supposedly, Cameron had zero respect for the diva J.Lo. She thought that Jenny from the block had no talent and couldn’t stand working with her. And Jen was rude to everyone that she came in contact with. Hmmm. J.Lo acting like a demanding diva and Cameron being an uppity b? That does sound completely unbelievable!

Well they put those catfight rumors to rest while promoting their movie on the Ellen show. Jennifer also took advantage of her daytime television appearance by putting in a little American Idol pay raise plea. She’s played the whole ‘Oh, I don’t know if I can return. It’s so time consuming and my babies are getting ready to start school’ angle. She may seriously be contemplating if she should return for a third year on Idol, but my guess is she’s just trying to negotiate a higher pay than her $20mil for this season. After all, doesn’t she deserve a way higher pay rate as an AI veteran than Britney Spears‘s $15mil paycheck as a newbie on X-Factor?

Wonder if mommy Bey is feeling the same way now? Initially, she said she was going to knock out two more albums right after baby Blue Ivy was born but we hadn’t heard anything else on that.

And while we’re getting all mushy and sentimental, Beyonce just celebrated her first Mother’s Day but took the time to acknowledge her own mama (Tina Knowles) with a handwritten Mother’s Day card. Check out what she had to say below.

The lawyer released a statement saying, “My client is completely vindicated by Doe #1 dropping his claims and dismissing his lawsuit. We fully expect that my client will similarly be vindicated with respect to Doe #2, as well as with respect to any other person who makes meritless claims against John Travolta.”

And John Doe #2’s evidence isn’t quite as damning as he made it out to be. The Atlanta based masseur claimed to have emailed his boss detailing the events that took place while Travolta was getting handsy with him. The only email that was sent on that particular date was a resignation letter, stating that after the ‘events that took place today’ he was quitting his position due to the lack of support from the management team. There was no mention of Travolta or any specific events. The lack of evidence is what made John Doe #2 want to settle for $250k instead of holding out for the initial $2mil he was seeking in damages.

UPDATE- John Doe #1 isn’t walking away that easily. He hired famed attorney Gloria Allred (she repped all of Tiger Woods mistresses) and said just because he got the dates wrong doesn’t mean there is no case.

The movie pulled in more a billion internationally after just a week in the theaters. Most of the actors (Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth) only got between $2-3mil for the movie, but Scarlett Johansson and Samuel L. Jackson earned about $6mil since they signed on to do more Marvel movies.

But the big winner is Robert Downey Jr. His lawyer negotiated his deal after the success of the first Iron Man movie to where he would earn a nice paycheck anytime he played that character. So Robert is gonna pocket about $50mil for his role in the movie.

The movie is going to spotlight Mick Jagger’s volatile relationship with Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards and is due for release next year. Richard Branson is providing the backing for the movie and he’s pushing for Harry to get the part. A source said, “Harry on stage can pass as a dead ringer for Jagger. If he can transform this image into a movie role then he’s going to be a serious candidate to get the part. The signs so far are good.”

According to a British tabloid, Angelina is a part of a new U.N. mission to take on South American drug lords and he’s worried about her safety. The source said, “Brad’s terrified that something bad will happen to her. It’s why he wanted to cement things with a wedding.”

This isn’t the first time that Angie’s put herself in danger for a mission. Earlier this year, she wrote Brad a farewell letter in case she didn’t survive a certain mission. The mission was so risky that it required a lengthy briefing and everyone had to write down their blood type. Angie admitted that she wrote a letter that Brad would find in case she didn’t make it back home.

And shockingly, 52-year old Linda Hogan and her 23-year old boyfriend Charlie Hill have broken up after 4 cougariffic years together. We really thought they were gonna make it. 

This is Jaden’s first solo song. He’s worked with Justin Bieber on two songs in the past but now he’s ready to do his own thing.. Guess he’s gotta keep up with his sis Willow’s career.

The vid is pretty simple. It’s Jaden in a black room flexing his muscles (yes, the 13-year old actually has muscles) and wearing his sunglasses.

Steve Jobs, the cofounder of Apple, passed away from pancreatic cancer last October. And just six months later, it was announced that a biopic was in the works. Ashton, who has an uncanny resemblance to a young Steve Jobs, was picked to portray him in “Jobs: Get Inspired”.

It wasn’t hard for Ashton to slip into character. He was spotted between filming wearing the Jobs’ trademark outfit of a black turtleneck and baggy jeans.

A lot of people weren’t happy when it was announced that Ashton would be portraying Steve but Apple’s cofounder, Steve Wozniak, completely supports the choice. He said, “The fear that many might have is that Ashton was selected because he’s ‘hot’ right now … But I feel that his selection was done in the most professional manner. And I’m glad that he’s on board. I think he’ll put a lot into it and that he cares about this particular subject.”

What do you think of Ashton as Steve Jobs?

She told them, quote, “Maybe because my life is so perfect, when I see the other side of life, it just seems like, almost like I want . . . You can learn so much from bad things. I feel boring.  I feel like,’ Why is everything so easy for me?’ I can’t wait for something crazy to [effing] happen to me. Just life. I want someone to [eff] me over!  Do you know what I mean?”

So what does she want to happen to her that would make her life ‘interesting’? Get attacked by a terrorist or discover she has cancer? Lose all of her money and have to live a life of poverty? Or maybe her vampire boyfriend Robert Pattinson could leave her for Angelina Jolie.. Any of those could keep her life from being so mundane.

Demi spoke up after that and mentioned how honored she is to be joining the show. She said, “I am totally stoked to be here . . . I’m excited to represent my generation and I’m ready to find the winner.”

Critics are already saying that these girls were only picked for the hype and not for credibility, saying that Demi is only 19 and has zero experience analyzing talent, mentoring or coaching other singers. And of course, Britney hasn’t sung or spoken anything live in many, many years. But Simon stands behind his two new picks! He said, “Britney remains one of the biggest stars in the world. She’s talented, fascinating . . . and I believe she knows exactly how to spot ‘The X Factor.’ Demi’s had an amazing career in music, TV and film for someone her age. She’s young, confident, and enthusiastic. I think it’s really important that she speaks to our younger audience.”

Then he mentioned that he’s excited to take The Voice head-on and said that he wishes them luck because 2^nd place isn’t great.

And in case  you were wondering about their pay checks… It’s been known for awhile that Britney scored a $15mil deal and Demi’s walking away with a little over a mil.

Yesterday, it was being reported that both sides agreed to keep this case from going to trial. They were going to negotiate in front of a private judge behind close doors and we would never hear the details of the case.

Then, John Doe’s attorney disputed that, saying that they wanted a full trial with a private judge and would not be accepting a settlement. But later that day, he changed his mind and said his client is willing to make this all go away for $250k. John Doe’s lawyer said that his client decided that he wants his life back and is willing to accept a settlement.

They initially were asking for $2mil in damages, so why drop down to $250k?

Now the 4th accuser, Fabian Zanzi from the Royal Caribbean cruise, is sharing more details of his alleged assault. He’s changing his story up some, saying that the incident was a lot more graphic than he let on in his initial report. But John’s camp is still calling BS on these claims, saying that the incident was never reported and Fabian remained working on the cruise for another two years after the alleged assault.

So who do you believe in this never ending saga?

Someone wrote, “Kim Kardashian is emblematic of the shallowness of American culture in the first two decades of the new millennium. Both expanded their celebrity by becoming reality TV “stars”.

Then it goes on to list the instances when other celebrities have bashed the Kardashians, like Jon Hamm for calling them (effin’) idiots and Daniel Craig for saying that all you have to do is being a idiot on TV to make millions.

Someone in Kim’s camp must have just caught on. The bashing bio was just taken down.

Well, Daddy Biebs is ready to show off his talents by joining a reality show. He’s going to join the UK edition of Big Brother. They cut a $150k deal to get him on the show but Justin doesn’t know if his dad can handle the fame. Jack has a history of drinking and violence and Justin’s afraid that this show will bring out the bad side of his father.

She recently broke things off with her boyfriend Taylor Kinney so she could continue her love affair with her music. She said she was going to be too busy touring to keep the relationship going. Some … But it was also rumored she was dipping back in the ex pool. She reportedly wanted to work things out with her one true love, Luc Carl. So whose ring is Gaga wearing?

Well, don’t hold your breath for any wedding invites because this whole thing was just a hoax. Sources have said that Gaga is not engaged and the ring is just some merchandise from her tour.

The once reality stars are living a different kind of lifestyle now. Kate was going to be the featured guest on a Royal Caribbean cruise but the event got cancelled due to lack of sales.

And Jon spent the weekend DJ-ing a middle school prom! He’s accepted his lifestyle away from the cameras (still waiting on Kate to accept her fate). He has a day job working in construction but he took a night gig spinning records at a middle school prom. The soccer moms were impressed to have a ‘celebrity’ at their school. They took pictures with him and bragged about his politeness and charisma.

There’s a new book coming out by Edward Klein called ‘The Amateur: Barack Obama in the White House’ and it reveals Michelle’s insecurities and hatred for Oprah.

According to the book, Michelle is extremely jealous and doesn’t trust the President. She knows about past White House affairs (Kennedy, Clinton) and she isn’t going to let her husband misuse his power. She makes unannounced trips during the day to check up on him. She insists on knowing all the women that he is going to be around and wants info on who he has an eye for or if he gets touchy with any of them.

Then as far as Oprah, she doesn’t approve of her relationship with the President. She liked having Oprah’s backing during the election but then she never went away. Barack would drop anything he was doing to take a phone call from Oprah and would always put her advice first over anything that Michelle had to say.

Once Michelle got jealous, she went there… She called Oprah fat.  Michelle always preaches the important of being healthy and she thinks Oprah’s fluctuating weight gives kids the wrong idea. She reportedly told her staff, “Oprah, with her yo-yo dieting and huge girth, is a terrible role model. Kids will look at Oprah, who’s rich and famous and huge, and figure it’s OK to be fat.”

But her harsh feelings came as no surprise to Oprah. After Michelle turned down her invite to appear on her show to discuss childhood obesity, Oprah told her people, “Michelle hates fat people and doesn’t want me waddling around the White House!”

Ex-brother-in-law William Balfour was convicted of three counts of murder for the deaths of Jennifer’s mother, brother and 7-year old nephew. He faces a mandatory sentence of life in prison.

Jennifer and her sister Julia released a statement saying that they were grateful for all the ‘dedication and tireless work’ that went into convicting William. Then they extended a prayer to the Balfour family, saying “we have all suffered terrible loss in this tragedy.”

1-     The Avengers nearly topped the Hunger Games in just two weeks, but its still not there just yet. The movie brought in another $103.1mil, bringing their total to $373.1. Internationally, it’s already in the $1 billion range. In another week, it should beat out the Hunger Games. See that movie’s total below.

2-     Dark Shadows comes in at a distant second, at $28.8 mil. Not great opening numbers considering the movie ran up more than a $150mil budget.

3-     Think Like A Man earned $6.3mil, bringing its 4 week total to $81.9.

4-     The Hunger Games still hanging on at the box office after 8 weeks in theaters. The movie brought in $4.4mil, bringing the total to $386.9.

5-     The Lucky One earned $4mil over the weekend, bringing the 4 week total to $52.7.

But Travolta has one less masseuse to worry about. The first male masseur (John Doe #1) that filed the sexual battery lawsuit has been dropped by his attorney after getting the abuse dates wrong. He claimed that John manhandled him in LA but it was proven he was in New York at the time.

As far as John Doe #2, we may never get to hear his side of the story. They decided to keep this thing from going to trial, meaning John is going to pay him for his silence. They will mediate in front of a judge in private and everything will stay confidential.

But at least she’s profiting from her weight gain. She signed a $3mil deal with Weight Watchers to be there new spokesperson as she drops her baby weight.

Bobbi has officially signed on to do a reality show on the Lifetime network. The show is going to focus on the Houston family as they all try to pick up the pieces after Whitney’s death. Whitney’s mother Cissy Houston will also be on the show and she thinks that this exposure will be great for Bobbi’s singing career.

The only person who’s not really on board with this reality show is Bobby Brown. He’s been trying to get Bobbi Kristina to appear on his own reality show because he needed a ratings boost but she refused to come on his show. He’s not excited about having to compete in the reality spotlight with his daughter and his ex in-laws.

And sitting beside Brit on that judging panel will be Demi Lovato. She has reportedly secured her spot on the judging panel and is supposed to join Britney for the big announcement.

The premise is pretty funny. Adam is working at a bank when someone tries to rob them! He saves one of his co-workers from a gun toting bank robber but as they are taking off, one of the cops mistakes him for one of the robbers and they end up on a high speed chase! The video also features Wiz Khalifa, who joins in on the track.
