Michael Lohan wants to save the alcoholic, drug-abusing Lindsay and have her assigned a conservator… but Lindsay isn’t concerned because she says the courts won’t listen to a convicted criminal.
She blabbed to her friends, “They would have a hard time believing the claims of someone who was investigated for insider trading, arrested for domestic violence multiple times, arrested for assault, has a drunk driving arrest, and has been in and out of jail and prison for years.”
And remember how Lindsay’s legal team had Michael’s back in this whole intervention? Now that it failed, they have to side with Lindsay again.
Her publicist released a statement saying, “It’s apparent Michael continues to be very focused on getting publicity for himself. Lindsay’s team is in no way aligned with him or his actions.”
She also denied that she’s dating that cheerleader guy, Josh Chunn, even though he’s been talking to the media about her. After he stopped her dad’s intervention, he said, “I’ve been trying to get Lindsay to focus. But how do you get her to focus with all the stuff going on around her? I can barely focus. She’s a strong girl. She’s cleaning up. I just want her to be okay. I want us to be okay…. [blah, blah, blah- read his looonnngg statement below]… I’m just trying to figure out what’s best for her at this time right now.”.. Um, call me crazy but it probably helps when you don’t run and talk to the media about her. (“What?!” – Michael Lohan).
But Linds insists that she is single. She tweeted, “I don’t have a boyfriend. I have Chanel, Hermes and diamonds. X”.
Linds also got the good news that she is off the hook in that hit-and-run case. Last month, she was arrested after allegedly clipping a pedestrian that was in the crosswalk of a parking garage. He claimed she was drunk and had her arrested.. but the prosecutors decided there wasn’t enough evidence to get a conviction. She still plans to go after her accuser for defamation.
Some children learn from their parent’s mistakes. I’m sure Rumer Willis isn’t huffing whip-its or smoking the salvia (anymore?) like her mother Demi Moore but she’s still hard partying with a certain lothario.
Demi and Bruce’s eldest daughter is down in Cancun right now partying it up with Wilmer Valderrama. She’s tweeting pics of their adventures, including a pic of her chugging a bottle of champagne during the day.
Day drinking is not frowned upon in Mexico but for the most part, it is in the states. And considering her mom’s addictive history, Rumer might wanna tone it down on the public display of alcoholism.
Rumer and the rest of the girls’ are still estranged from Demi. They say that Demi has been a mess and is just very needy right now since she’s struggling with this divorce. They are afraid that she’s going to relapse and go to rehab, so they are distancing themselves from her.
I guess Rumer’s solution is to beat her mom to rehab?

Additionally, there is a hilarious ‘first photo’ of Mr. & Mrs. Timberlake in an Italian airport, in which they look absolutely MISERABLE….like marriage has already taken its toll. Of course it was probably just an odd moment, but it is still HILARIOUS. (See after the jump.)
That shot was taken after the wedding festivities had concluded and the ‘happy’ couple was jetting off to a secret location for their supposed honeymoon.
Speaking of secret locations, Jess and Justin‘s guests were initially flown to the WRONG country to thrown everyone off. They flew into Germany, then at the last minute were whisked off to Italy on a private jet. Prior to that, ‘guests’ were asked to sign a confidentiality agreement. Hmm…were they wedding guests or hostages?
The newlyweds described their Italian nuptials as “magical” and “a fantasy;” Jessica’s wedding ring doesn’t look too shabby either. Jess stepped out over the weekend with members of her bridal party, showing off her bling for the first time. Earlier this weekend, Justin, also showed off his simple gold wedding band.
You’re right. That’s impossible given she is already married and she’s simply…Kim Kardashian…the sex tape alum.
But here’s the thing, Ryan Seacrest looked into his Reality Show Crystal Ball and predicted that Kanye West would be proposing to Kim any day now! But, why would we listen to Ryan Seacrest? Well, he’s actually the executive producer on Keeping up with the Kardashians, so maybe he lent Kanye the money… or had a segment sponsored by Kay Jewlers.
Kim and Kanye are currently fluttering around Italy celebrating Kim’s 32nd birthday. A highlight of their trip—for us—was the couple’s dinner Thursday night at Il Bolognese when Kim confused-the- heck out of staff and onlookers by changing outfits mid-meal! She came in wearing a long black dress and came out in an emerald peplum dress.
Ironically, the green dress she changed into, which she had her staff bring to the restaurant, seems to have alerted the fashion police. The problem seems to be that a peplum dress’ sole purpose is to accentuate curves and Kim’s curves SCREAM: we got it covered!
Michael Lohan rushed in to save Lindsay from herself but it didn’t work.
He showed up at her house on Friday to stage an intervention with her management team in tow. Michael had been emailing with her manager and her lawyers about Lindsay’s out of control partying. He says that she’s drinking between a bottle and a bottle and a half of vodka per day. He also says that she’s using cocaine and adderall. Her management team was hearing similar things so they decided to stage an intervention.
Lindsay’s boyfriend, this male cheerleader model named Josh Chunn, answered the door and refused to let Michael and the crew in. They called the cops come straighten everything out and eventually, everyone left.
Of course, mother-of-year Dina said that Michael is just doing this to make himself relevant again, but that was probably just the cocaine talking. And Michael’s other three kids, Michael Jr, Ali and Cody Lohan, all say that this is just a desperate attempt to destroy their family. None of them associate with Michael.
Now Lindsay’s friends are chiming in and they have Michael’s back on this one. A source told Radar Online, “People who party with Lindsay have confirmed her excessive partying and getting wasted. They act one way to her face but have been telling different stories behind her back. Even some of the people who have enabled her partying have come clean and revealed what’s really going on.”
Michael says that he is serious about saving his daughter. He’s going to meet with lawyers this week to help get control of Lindsay. He doesn’t want conservatorship over her because people will think that he’s just after her money if he gains control of her finances so he wants the court to assign a conservatorship to her.. and it can’t be Dina Lohan.
And he wants Lindsay to go back to rehab and the family to go to counseling.
