There were a few weddings over the weekend. Still waiting on this Brad and Angie wedding. Will we see them finally say ‘I do’ before the new year? And we are still on the lookout for a Jen and Justin wedding. She’s not going to be fertile forever Justin. Put a ring on it and knock her up while you still can.
Yeah, these weddings are some that you probably don’t care as much about, at least I couldn’t care less, but that doesn’t mean that it won’t be plastered all over our TVs. So get ready to tune in or intentionally skip these nuptials….
Mario Lopez married his baby mama Courtney Mazza on Saturday. They married in Punta Mita, Mexico on creepy guy Joe Francis’ estate. Mario’s bestie Eva Longoria was there, along with about 150 other guests. Mario and Courtney’s 2-year old daughter Gia was the flower girl. And the whole thing was taped for a 2-hour wedding special that will air next Saturday on TLC. Yay?
I wonder if Zack Morris made an appearance to that wedding….
Another wedding that you can look forward to watching on TV is Bachelorette star Ashley Hebert. She married the guy that she gave her final rose to, J.P. Rosenbaum in Pasadena, California. Host Chris Harrison officiated the ceremony and fellow Bachelorette’s Ali Fedotowsky and Emily Maynard were among the guests. No, Emily did not bring a date. That wedding special will air on ABC on December 16th. Yay?
And you will never believe who is engaged again! Hugh Hefner took back his bride, Crystal Harris and now they are engaged and getting married soon! She is 60 years younger than him by the way.
Hef had a lot that he had to forgive her for. Remember last year, she bailed on him just 5 days before their wedding. She was featured in Playboy as the Runaway Bride. They were filming for their own wedding special when she bailed but they aired it anyway. No reason to waste all of that footage.
She also told Howard Stern that she wasn’t turned on by him and he only lasted two seconds in the bedroom.
But they are going to try this whole wedding thing out again. They are reportedly going to tie the knot on New Years Eve in front of close family and friends rather than 300 guests like they planned the first time.
Crystal swears that she’s going to do it this time. She tweeted, “Dear past, thank you for all the lessons. Dear future, I’m ready.”
Leave a commentThere’s been a Bachelor breakup. Shocker- Ben Flajnik and Courtney Robertson won’t be heading down the aisle after all.
Ben didn’t give any deets on their breakup but he did release a statement, saying, “After meeting over a year ago, we have decided to end our romantic relationship. The ups and downs weighed heavily on us both and ultimately we started to grow apart because of the distance, time apart, and our need to focus on our respective careers.”
This brings the Bachelor’s success rate to 0-16. But the overall rate for both shows is much higher. Three of the 24 couples from ‘The Bachelor’ and ‘The Bachelorette’ are still together. Trista Sutter, the very first Bachelorette, has been married to her husband Ryan for almost 9 years. Then the last two Bachelorettes are still with their men. Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum are going to marry in a TV special in December. And Emily Maynard and Jef Holm. are still together for now, despite her cheating ways. They will be the next couple to call it quits, unless she pays Arie to fake a marriage with her too.

Who says that you can’t find true love on TV? It worked for Trista and Ryan, Ben Flajik and Courtney Robertson and recently for Emily Maynard and Jef Holm… Ok maybe it works-ish?
Well now another Bachelorette is proving that she found true love on television with a big televised wedding! Ashley Hebert, who was last summer’s Bachelorette, is marrying her chosen fiancé, J.P. Rosenbaum, in December… and their wedding will be made into a TV special. There is no airdate as of yet.
And with the shows proven success rate, or likely because the Jersey Shore is taking a much needed permanent break from television, Mike the Situation wants his chance to find love on the Bachelor. He said that he wants to be on the show because it will focus on his personal life and not just his partying.
But really he just probably wants to see how many contestants he could hook up with. Aren’t most of them easy anyway?
Please don’t pick him to be a Bachelor.. His season would be just like another season of Jersey Shore…. Just a bunch of wasted girls looking for fame by hooking up with the Situation.
