Katy Perry has been playing the field ever since her divorce. She was linked to French model Baptiste Giabiconi for awhile and it was even rumored that he was moving to the States to be closer to her. He kept gushing about her in interviews, saying that she was the perfect catch and he had his eyes on her before she even married Russell Brand. So it’s safe to say that Baptiste is probably heartbroken now that Katy has gone public with a new beau.
She’s now calling the Florence + the Machine guitarist Robert Ackroyd her boyfriend. She spent last weekend at Coachella with him, and they were photographed holding hands and kissing. She was even backstage saying that she was waiting for her boyfriend to perform.
Robert was digging all the time with his new girlfriend too. He tweeted, “Best Coachella ever. Scratch that, best weekend ever. Dre, Snoop, Pac, Nate, Fiddy and KP.” Check out another pic!

Her last album ‘Teenage Dream’ was pretty upbeat and her concerts were full of colorful, candy inspired costumes.. Is she going to use the same formula for her new album? Nope. Her music ‘is about to get real {effin} dark’.
Of course, she was asked if the album is going to channel her feelings stemming from her divorce from Russell Brand. She didn’t answer the question, but did say, “I’d like to use a time machine and go back to a specific date, please.”… Whatever that means.
Doesn’t sound like Katy has too much to be bitter about these days though. Her new boyfriend Baptiste Giabiconi has been bragging about his admiration and love for her. In an interview with Grazia magazine, he said, “I think the world of Katy. Not only is she beautiful, but she’s also extremely intelligent and super-talented. I have always had a big crush on Katy. She is an amazing girl. She is everything a man would want.”

A rep for the model confirmed that he’s considering moving to L.A. The rep said that he’s focusing on his music career in France but he’s always been a traveling model. Friends are saying that the move is sorta work related, but he really wants to focus on Katy too.
He’s had his eyes on her for awhile too. Last year when Katy was still married to Russell Brand, Baptiste was asked about her in an interview. He said, “If I could make her divorce her husband, I’d marry her.”

Katy met Baptiste during Paris Fashion Week at the Chanel runway show. Sources say that they sat next to each other during the show and struck up a conversation. After some major flirting, they decided to grab some dinner together. They were seen holding hands and now they are supposedly inseparable and in love!
