First Britney quit her $15 million job, now she quit her relationship. She and Jason Trawick are officially DONE. There have been rumors circling that their client/agent engagement hasn’t been working out as planned…
Jason gave up all of his other clients to focus on his most important/most demanding—his fiancé Britney Spears. It sounds like this (well thought out) arrangement crippled their relationship in the end.
TMZ reports that their split was partly over the fact that Jason (41) doesn’t want to have kids and Britney (31) does. Jason is said to be very fond of Sean Preston and Jayden James, but he was cool stopping there—at step-dad status.
TMZ then adds, “dealing with the Britney empire wore at Jason and took away his individuality. Jason wanted to maintain his identity and expand his business by taking on more clients—this didn’t sit well with Britney.”
BINGO! No wonder he didn’t want to have a kid—he acted like another one of Britney’s!
TMZ reports that Britney has already given back the 3.5-carat $90,000 engagement ring. Folks across the message boards are applauding her maturity and asking Kim Kardashian to take note. However, there’s a minority of people who think Brit’s quick return of the $90K gift is more of a slap in the face…like she’s letting him know: I am so much richer than you…here’s your silly little ring back.
Sounds like Brit can’t win… It also sounds like a new chapter in the Britney Spears saga will be unfolding very SOON. Britney is focusing on her music more than ever. In addition to being in the studio right now to work on her 8th album (which is why she quit X-Factor…and maybe Jason), it was also announced that Britney Spears is in “serious talks” to move to Las Vegas and headline a big nightly “Celine” type show.

Britney Spears continues to shock us with her sound reasoning. Brit has announced that she will NOT be returning for a second season at the X-Factor.
Although it seems CRAZY to turn down $15 million, it may actually be a smart move. TV talent shows have turned into one big circus and being a judge simply seems like a decent way to re-launch a career and then GET THE HECK OUT.
As Steve Tyler put it, “I’ve decided it’s time for me to let go of my mistress American Idol before she boils my rabbit.”
Brit’s decision not to return was in fact, her decision. An inside source says Britney loves the show (especially Simon), but wants to focus on her music, which she is doing right now. She’s in the studio recording her 8th album, with some help from Will.i.am and producer Hit-Boy, the brains behind Kanye and Jay-Z’s “N****s in Paris.”
With Britney Spears and L.A. Reid gone, that means TWO spots at the X-Factor judges table are vacant. Is Simon still trying to convince Rihanna and Chris Brown to step aboard his sinking ship…or should X-Factor be the first TV talent show to admit defeat? After all, both Idol and X-Factor’s ratings were down 20% last season…

‘Tis the season to split up? You mean all those sappy jewelry ads don’t tug at everyone else’s heart strings too? They make me want to go ice skating in snow while blinged out in diamonds. How could you break up during the holidays? I couldn’t do it, unless that person was asking for too much on their Christmas list, then I might dump them to save some money. We could always get back together briefly before a pre-Valentine’s dumping. If I’m not gonna spend money on you for the holidays, you can forget about a Valentine’s present too… unless I get sucked on by all the jewelry ads then too.
Well, we told you that Kris and Bruce Jenner are on the verge of a divorce but keeping it together for now for their love of money.
And now we hear that Jason Trawick is planning to dump Britney Spears. It’s been a year since they got engaged and he knows that he doesn’t want to make that lifetime commitment (as a babysitter) to her. He’s not even keeping it a secret. He told her whole family that he doesn’t want to be with her anymore. He gave them the heads up because he needs them to be her support system when he leaves.
But he can’t just up and leave right now. He’s waiting until she’s done with X-Factor so she doesn’t lose it on live TV. Britney’s too fragile to handle bad news and she has to keep sane face for the show.
Jason’s not planning a clean break though. He wants to stay on as her manager, just not her fiancé. But can she keep it strictly business? She’s allegedly thrown her naked self at her workers before.. I don’t know that Britney’s gonna want to keep him on her payroll after he dumps her but he has been good for her career.

Just when you thought you could relax, because all of the TV talent show judge slots had been filled…several are vacating once again. This time the musical chairs is being played over at X-Factor.
In addition to LA Reid announcing his retirement from the world of publicly critiquing MORE showbiz hopefuls, there are also rumors that Britney Spears will not be returning to make and break dreams either.
Britney’s performance as judge has also been judged and the producers are doubtful she’ll be joining them next season in HOLLYWOOD! Her current contract is $15 million, but X-Factor hasn’t seen a return on their investment. Brit didn’t bring the HUGE ratings boost they expected.
“Britney, who was signed on a one-year deal, is the first person who will be expected to have her salary chopped. She is on a $15 million contract, which is absurd given that there’s been no huge surge in the ratings,” said a source for The Daily Star.
The show’s execs also feel that she hasn’t proven to be judge material either. The source said, “She just doesn’t seem to be cut out for a TV talent show.”
So who may replace Britney and L.A.? How about the wholesome duo—Rihanna and Chris Brown? Yep, they are said to be a consideration of Simon Cowell’s. The show gained some momentum this year, but it still has yet to live up to ‘Simon’s standards.’ But, he feels that Breezy and RiRi could be just the X-Factor he’s been looking for.
According to Aceshowbiz.com, “Simon is a huge admirer of Rihanna and knows she’s star quality. As well as bringing an aura to the panel thanks to her current standing in music, she is also feisty and will make great TV. Simon loves these sort of characters.”
As for Chris Brown…sounds like Simon just wants to use him for his controversial nature. The inside source said, “Adding Chris to the panel will certainly create a talking point.”
Allegedly, Simon will hit up Rihanna when he’s vacationing in Barbados over the holidays, which just happens to be her native country and where she always spends the holidays…

Remember Cheryl Cole? No? That’s because she didn’t even get to make a big splash on the X-Factor before she was shafted for Nicole Scherzinger.
Well she might not have gotten the chance to make it big here in the US but she still wants to get paid. She was paid $1.8mil for her very short stint on season 1 but that’s not enough. She still wants her $2mil for the second season plus the all the extra money that she should have gotten for wardrobe, accommodations and living expenses. She is suing for more than $2.3 million in damages.
Simon Cowell’s may still be paying off his disgruntled ex-employees but what does he have in store for this year’s crop of judges?
He’s not answering if he has another blood bath up his sleeves. He was asked if the ‘amazing’ Britney Spears would return and he just answered, “I don’t know. We will see.”
Then when he was asked about Demi Lovato’s fate, he said, “It’s that time of year. You’re always going to get asked that question.. and I’m not going to answer it.”
