Lindsay Lohan is safely locked away in the Betty Ford rehab facility, hopefully being a good girl and keeping her nose clean. But she might be seeing some familiar faces, starting with her feuding parents.
Remember, Lindsay was supposedly shunned from one rehab in NY because her dad Michael had been a patient there many years ago and he started hounding them once he found out that she would be going there. Eventually, they said that the Lohans were not welcomed.. or at least that’s the excuse that Lindsay gave as to why she didn’t go to her assigned rehab.
Well Betty Ford lovingly took her in, despite her dramatic past at that facility. She fought a staff member back in 2010 that was trying to report Lindsay for attempting to sneak out. And the staff at the Betty Ford clinic want more than just Lindsay there; they want Dina and Michael to come in for counseling too.
A source said, “Lindsay’s counselors want to get Dina and Michael to Betty Ford for a series of sessions in the next few weeks. They feel like having her work through her family issues could help Lindsay’s recovery.”
But getting them in the same room won’t be easy. Michael said that he will do whatever it takes for Lindsay to get better, but Dina said that she’s not going anywhere near him because he owes her ‘thousands in back child support’. Michael denies that he owes her any money. He’s got plenty of other kids that he still has to pay for anyway.
But is getting the parents together really what Lindsay needs though? Being forced to spend time with each of them would drive me to drink…
Lindsay did already see a familiar face at the Betty Ford clinic. Brooke Mueller, who lost temporary custody of her twins to Denise Richards last week due to her drug use, is doing some time at that clinic. They ran into each other and exchanged formalities, not drugs as far as we know.
For the record, Brooke has done cocaine waayyy more times than the 4 or 5 times that Lindsay has fessed up to. And hopefully rehab will get through to her this time… This is her 20th attempt at rehab.
Sources say that Brooke specifically wanted to go to Betty Ford because she wanted to be in rehab with Lindsay.

UPDATE- TMZ is now reporting that Lindsay could be heading to jail rather than rehab for 90 days. The judge agreed that Lindsay could go to a lockdown rehab facility because she’s been known to sneak out of rehabs in the past. Her lawyer Mark Heller assured that she would go to a lockdown facility in New York.. but according to TMZ, they don’t exist in NY.
The prosecutors are now checking to see if Mark made some false promises. A source said, “The sentence was actually 90 days in custody, and lockdown rehab would satisfy that. If there’s no such thing, then she’ll go to jail for 90 days.”

So Lindsay Lohan goes to court, accepts a plea deal for 90 days in rehab… then she goes to the club.
The paparazzi noticed this SUV with a Mr. Pink Energy Drink logo, the same company that Lindsay reps, driving around the AV Club parking lot in Hollywood. They snapped pictures of someone hiding under a blanket in the backseat… and they were claiming that it was Lindsay. The SUV circled around a few times but then took off because there were too many photogs there.
But Lindsay says it wasn’t her! She tweeted yesterday, “Guys relax, that was NOT me at AV or in the @Mr. Pink SUV. I’m taking this seriously and focused on the road ahead.”
She also tweeted that she ordered sushi and stayed in… and we shouldn’t believe anything else we hear it from her!
But keep in mind… Lindsay also swore that she wasn’t the one driving when she wrecked the Porsche so believe whatever you want.
Now Michael Lohan is livid that Lindsay’s out there being… Lindsay. He says that the same people that were in court with Lindsay were the ones trying to get her to go to the club.
Lindsay was given 45 days to check into rehab but Michael offered (to Radar Online, probably didn’t make actual offer to her) to take her now.
Other Lindsay news- Her former assistant Gavin Doyle was supposed to meet with prosecutors yesterday to discuss if Lindsay’s attorney Mark Heller asked him to lie under oath and say that he was driving, but Gavin didn’t show up to the meeting.

Lindsay Lohan faced the court yesterday about that whole lying to the cops charge… and just like everything in her life, it was a dramatic spectacle.
First of all, it was a chore for her to even get out to L.A.. After staying in NYC for St. Paddy’s day and missing a few commercial flights, she finally hopped on a private jet and arrived at the courthouse 48 minutes late. She was greeted with a glitter bomb but she just ignored it and went inside.
Once they made it in court, her lawyer started hashing out last minute plea deals. She turned down 30 days of house arrest because she would have had to wear that SCAM alcohol and drug monitoring bracelet. They finally accepted a deal where Lindsay will have to go to a lockdown rehab for 90 days, meaning she can’t leave or have guests, 30 days community service, 18 months psychotherapy, 2 years probation and has to submit drug testing. She did get 180 days in jail for violating her probation but that sentenced was ‘stayed’ so she won’t have to serve it if she stays out of trouble.
Supposedly, she had a coming to Jesus moment when she was scrambling late to the courthouse and decided that she could benefit from rehab.. but it’s not like she hasn’t tried that before. And the court agreed to the rehab because in the police report, it showed that Lindsay did have an open container of alcohol in the car and alcohol on her breath.
During the hearing, Lindsay wasn’t very happy with her lawyer, Mark Heller. She kept whispering to him while he was talking to the judge. She whispered, “Why would you say that? Don’t say anything else”.. then when he stood up to make another point, she said, “Oh my God, I’ll kill you.” See that video below.
After the trial, Mark Heller held a press conference outside of the courthouse but Michael Lohan hijacked the microphone and started berating him, telling him to stay away from Lindsay!
Michael also screamed that this lawyer was going to be charged with witness tampering because he tried to convince Lindsay’s assistant to say that he was the one driving the Porsche at the time of the wreck.
The Santa Monica police are actually looking into these witness tampering claims and launching an investigation against Mark Heller.
Lindsay went on about her business as usual after court. She was actually photographed hiding in her SUV while driving around outside at a nightclub but there were too many paps around so they just took off.
**Side note about this picture of Lindsay in court yesterday- she looked tore up. What is wrong with her eyes? Is she trying to go for the pathetic look or is she just really hung over?

UPDATE- Lindsay Lohan bummed a ride from the private jet of this company she’s repping, Mr. Pink energy drink.. but the jet was delayed and she still hasn’t made it to court yet. She’s 20 minutes late and counting. Her plane did land at LAX at 8:35 PT. They are still waiting for her to drag her butt into court.
I’m guessing she’s probably regretting that St. Paddy’s day fun now.

Is today the day that Lindsay Lohan will finally go to jail? She’s due to appear in court this morning but in typical Lindsay fashion, she barely made it.
Lindsay was supposed to fly out of New York Saturday night so she could get to L.A. in plenty of time for her court appearance… but Lindsay decided to stick around in New York for another night because she wanted to see this band called City of the Sun at some club. Duh, it was St. Paddy’s day!
Then on Sunday when she finally decided that she had time to fly out, she got off the plane just minutes before take off because she thought there was a problem with the plane. The plane was leaking fluid and 35 other people got off the plane too.
Luckily, she was able to get a later flight because if she skipped out on court today, a warrant would be issued for her arrest.
Well at her last court date, the judge called her NY based attorney Mark Waller incompetent and said that he had to have an experienced California lawyer that actually understood the law by his side.
Michael Lohan hired this Cali attorney named David Wohl to represent Lindsay but she has yet to sign off on an additional lawyer. David tweeted that he intends to be by Lindsay’s side in court today as long as she lets him.
Now if the jury finds Lindsay guilty of lying to the cops, the L.A. prosecutors intend to recommend jail time. They will ask for a maximum of 240 days in jail, which she would probably only serve 60-90 days. She would also get an additional two years on probation, meaning if she gets in trouble, she’ll be back in court facing more jail time.
Lindsay goes to court this morning at 10:30 CT. We’ll see what happens!

Lots of TV news right now, like Lohan gets a job and the Jackson’s get a reality show so I’m going to jam it all into one long TV news update.
Let’s start with a surprise judge added to America’s Got Talent.
Sharon Osbourne walked away from her judging position last season and Howard Stern wasn’t bringing the shock value like they had hoped so maybe NBC is hoping to get more out of these new judges.
First they announced Scary Spice, Mel B, would be the third, and we thought final, judge alongside Howard and Howie Mandel. But the show is changing things up by adding a fourth judge and it’s going to be… Heidi Klum?
Yeah she’s a pro at the judging thing when it comes to fashion. I guess she’s sorta familiar with the music industry thanks to her ex-husband Seal but I’m not really sure how she fits in there. Come to think of it, I’m not sure why most of the judges are there.
Moving on because who really cares about America’s Got Talent..
P Diddy wants to be the black judge on X-Factor but says that Simon Cowell isn’t opening up his wallet enough. He said, “Simon’s pockets are kind of tight, and I have these six kids to feed, so he needs to step up.”
I don’t even know if P Diddy was offered anything or if he is just throwing his own name in the bag.. Ne-Yo is reportedly in talks for the role too. Guess we’ll see who ends up in the coveted black position.
And guess who’s getting a reality show? First, the Houston’s signed on to do a show.. or better to capitalize on Whitney’s death. Now it’s the Jackson’s turn.
La Toya Jackson signed Michael’s three kids, Prince, Paris and Blanket, to her talent agency and she’s already getting some sweet deals on them. Prince is an Entertainment Tonight correspondent and will be making an appearance on 90210. Paris even reportedly signed a movie deal and will be on the big screen soon.
But La Toya wants more! She’s pushing them to reality show for $10mil.. and she’ll get 15% commission. So… she’s turning into the Joe Jackson for Michael’s kids?
Michael Lohan’s got a new gig. He will be hosting a Cheaters spinoff called Celebrity Cheaters. Good thing too because he’s got a lot of kids to support.
And LeAnn Rimes is reportedly in talks with producers about ‘doing both scripted and non-scripted shows.’
A LeAnn reality show could be interesting, as long as she didn’t take the Brandi Glanville approach and just use it as a platform to bash the exes. That is sooo Real Housewives.
