Rihanna is trying her luck with an athlete again!
She used to date baseball player Matt Kemp but they broke things off over a year ago. This time, she’s sinking her claws into a basketball player, J.R. Smith of the New York Knicks. They were seen getting flirty at a New York night club, where Rihanna was holding his hands and sitting in his lap.
And they already seem to have a lot in common! Rihanna is known for sending out overly sexy and suggestive tweets and it looks like her man is guilty of the same thing. He was fined $25k by the NBA last month for tweeting a pic of woman’s butt in his bed, wearing a thong. Check out some of their tweets below!

Is Rihanna finally done with Chris Brown? Chris apparently brought things too far when he gave Rihanna the ‘Way Too Cold’ treatment. He released a remix of Kanye’s track, formerly known as Theraflu, and took a jab at Rihanna.
Pretty much in his profanity ridden song, he refers to Rihanna as his old (b-word) and says she’s like a bad fur. He also mentions that every brotha in the industry has had her. Then he brings up the beat-down, saying, “Shook the tree like a pumpkin just to smash her. B-word is breaking codes but I’m the password.” You can listen to a clean version of the lyrics below.
Rihanna couldn’t believe that he would release a song about her like that. She tweeted “Aw, poor dat #neaux1currrrr” (which is really bad English for Aw. Poor that no one cares) and unfollowed Chris on Twitter.
Chris responded maturely by unfollowing Rihanna, then tweeted, “Assumptions! I didn’t say any names so if you took offense to it then its something you feel guilty about it.” Listen to it now.

It’s no secret that Rihanna has been partying hard for awhile. She had to cancel a few concerts back in November because she got sick from her partying binge. The doctors actually told her that she was wearing her body down and she needed to slow down on the drinking.
But she hasn’t. Just last week, she was tweeting pictures from the strip club. And Monday night, after the Met Gala in NY, she was rushed to the emergency room for ‘exhaustion’, yet they were pumping her full of IV’s.
Rihanna blames her drinking on boredom, saying that she would rather go partying than be stuck in her hotel room. Friends are concerned for her well-being because her partying has spiraled out of control once again. They are urging her to get help before she turns out to be a tragic figure like Whitney Houston. Rihanna is the latest celeb to contemplate taking it off for Playboy.
According to a British tabloid, she’s talking to Playboy about doing a nude shoot for over a million bucks. Considering that she walks around showing her stuff anyway, it wouldn’t be a big deal for her to bare it all for a nice paycheck.
But here’s where the story gets a little sketchy. Their source said that the shoot appeals to Rihanna’s creative side but she’s concerned because she doesn’t want to ‘alienate her army of young fans’ that might think that was a little too risqué. When did Rihanna ever care about being a role model to her younger fans?

Rihanna pulled a diva stunt that ticked off the producers of SNL.
Rihanna performed on the show but called in sick to the dress rehearsal just hours earlier. The dress rehearsal is considered part of the actual show and is done live in front of the studio audience, but RiRi couldn’t be bothered with it.
She called in sick last minute so her choreographers had to take her place. Then she nonchalantly strolled in later and seemed completely fine. She was seen backstage eating an apple and tweeting Chris Brown a birthday message before going on stage. The producers were not impressed with her antics and said that they couldn’t even remember the last time someone skipped the dress rehearsal.
Rihanna’s rep claims that she really was sick. Her rep said that a doctor had to give her a shot of penicillin before the show and she was told to save her voice for the live performance.
That’s not all she did on SNL. She put on quite a naughty performance. She was grabbing at her lady bits more than Michael Jackson ever did in his dance moves.
