Ryan Lochte’s sort of a big deal. He turned down a few shows before settling for his own reality show. He said that he turned down Dancing with the Stars and The Bachelor because he just wanted to do things his way by starring in his own reality show, one that’s going to get him as famous as his idol, Kim Kardashian!
And Ryan knows that people are making fun of him but he’s just chalking that up to haters. He said, “The more known you get in the public eye, the more haters you’re gonna have and that’s a given. But, you know what? All the haters, all the name calling goes through one ear [and] out the other and I don’t mind it. The way I look at it, the more haters I have, it means I’m doing something right.”
His new show ‘What Would Ryan Lochte Do?’ premiered on Sunday with less than impressive numbers. The Kardashians tell-all special aired right before the big debut and drew in 1.5 million viewers but Ryan’s show only got 807k viewers.
I’m sure that stings E!’s pride. Not everyone can be a Kardashian but nice try, Ryan Seacrest. But hey, there’s still a chance for that married Jonas kid… I think.

ABC was looking to find the next Bachelor that would compete for love and they knew just the guy they wanted… the 32-year old Master’s winner, Australian golfer Adam Scott.
Bachelor producer Robert Mills tweeted, “So……Adam Scott as the next #Bachelor??” and long time host Chris Harrison chimed in, “Rumors this will be settled in a hot tub instead of replaying 18th #Masters.”
Another source said, “We are definitely going to pursue him. . .So far, no meeting has been set but we’re trying. He could be a perfect fit.”
But they don’t need to bother setting up that meeting because Adam has already turned them down. When he heard about it, he said, “I’m not single at all. I’m very much in a relationship and very happy at the moment.”
He says that he’s dating someone named ‘Marie’ but wouldn’t reveal anymore than that. Everyone else connected the dots though and figured out that he’s talking about Marie Kojzar, this Swedish interior designer that he’s had a relationship with before.
So I guess The Bachelor is going to have to find another hot celeb to compete for love, although it would have been fun for Adam to change it up by handing out green jackets during the ceremony instead of red roses.

Brad Womack may have not found love on The Bachelor but he’s picking up someone else’s discarded contestant.
Brad was on The Bachelor two times. He was the first Bachelor to reject all of the Bachelorettes on Season 11, then he came back on Season 15 and proposed to Emily Maynard… but that didn’t work out.
After two unsuccessful stints on the show, has he finally found love in another Bachelor castoff?
He took AshLee Frazier, who just appeared on Sean Lowe’s season of The Bachelor, on a baseball date and they kept everyone updated by constantly posting pictures.
They went to an Astro’s game and posted pictures of them hugging each other with the caption, ‘Game day. Who’s the real winner here? #Astros #twoTexaskids #wgt.’

Sean Lowe picked his future wife last night on the Bachelor season finale! Read all about it here!
Meeting Sean’s Family:
Sean’s insanely wonderful father brings both women to tears. First, he tells Catherine that if she were to become his daughter-in-law, he would be her #1 fan; Catherine loves the potential of having a personal cheerleader. Then, Sean’s father tells Lindsay that he’s been praying for her (Sean’s future wife) since Sean was born; it appears Lindsay has felt their presence in her life; tears flow. At the end of Lindsay’s date while the entire Lowe Family + Lindsay are sitting on the sofas together Sean’s dad jokes, “Well, should we take a vote?” He then retracts his statement and says, “I guess Sean gets to decide that.” Lindsay says, “No, I do!” Everyone laughs, but will Lindsay be laughing in the end? Afterwards, Sean makes his mom cry after she suggests that he shouldn’t propose to either woman if he’s in love with both of them and he gets defensive. They try to go for a walk and ditch the cameras, but the cameramen awkwardly follow them and get in each other’s shots. Thailand doesn’t look quite as beautiful when you see a big ugly black camera suddenly appear along with some random dude in cargo shorts.
Last Date with Lindsay:
Round 1—Sean and Lindsay float down the Mekong River and their worries float away…they get goofy and make out in front of their raft boat captain. Round 2—They share some apps on a picturesque balcony and Lindsay tells Sean she loves him and that this time she really means it. Round 3—Lindsay busts out a sexy red dress for as she calls it “the biggest night of my life.” She explains that the reason they kiss so much is because that’s how they can truly communicate…let’s hope she doesn’t take this theory into the bedroom. Lindsay then says she has something really special to share with Sean. She brings out these big white objects; Sean looks freaked out, like he’s having a wedding dress flashback. They are 3 Thai make-a-wish lanterns and on each she’s written: ‘Love’ ‘Happiness’ and ‘Family’ (IE: what they need to make their relationship work). Sean says Lindsay is “soooo thoughtful and loving” (…and…and…beautiful?? Sexy?? Ummm…nope)
Last Date with Catherine:
Round 1—They catch a ride on an elephant; Sean straddles Catherine who’s in the driver’s seat. Round 2—They chill on a futon overlooking a stunning Thai landscape. Catherine says she’s been fighting thoughts of engagement parties (and huge rocks appearing on her ring finger), but that now she’s okay entertaining such nonsense. Round 3—They pop champagne back at Catherine’s pad. Catherine shares that she’s scared to open up because she’s had disastrous relationships when she’s said I love you first, however during their goodbye at the hotel door, Catherine throws caution to the wind and whispers, “I love you.” He responds, “Thank you for today.” Ouch! After he leaves, Catherine follows him in search of a better goodbye…she doesn’t get it though… she says she “feels like s#it”….she then she curls up on the bed in the fetal position.
Bachelor D-Day:
Sean says he woke up that morning and realized there was one woman he just could not live without. Next, the ring guy shows up—Sean picks out some serious bling. Sean tears up during his speech to the camera about his future wife…he says he’s never been so emotional. Cut to Lindsay who is very confident Sean is picking her. Cut to Catherine who is equally confident she’s going to get screwed over. Lindsay wears a silver dress…Catherine wears gold…will the color of their dresses determine their placements??

Desiree Hartsock won everyone over in this season of The Bachelor but was eliminated after hometown visits. Everyone thought she would definitely be the last one standing but unfortunately her “scary” brother had to go and ruin that for her.
Usually whoever comes in third place earns the right to grace us with their presence as the next season’s Bachelor or Bachelorette…BUT Des was spotted in Los Angeles where she was being followed by cameras at the Santa Monica Pier.
It has been reported that she was in final talks to be the new Bachelorette so is that the case. Of course the crew would be sworn to secrecy but that never really stopped them before. Why else would she be prancing around the pier all happy and giddy while shooting what looks like a promo for the show?
“Des was smiling and was happy. She definitely seemed like she was enjoying herself,” a witness at the pier told E! News.
Des was even looking off into the sunset with her cotton candy in hand. How Bachelorette of her.. They could at least be kind of discrete about it!
But of course reps for the show still aren’t talking and the Bachelorette will be revealed during After the Final Rose ceremony, airing after The Bachelor finale on Monday.
