It’s official. Bobbi Kristina is engaged to her kinda brother Nick Gordon.
Bobbi is the 19-year old daughter of Whitney Houston and she’s been dating her un-adopted brother Nick (22), that was raised by her mom but never formally adopted.
It’s been rumored for awhile that they were engaged but they denied it, not out of shame for keeping it ‘in the family’ but because they were waiting for a big announcement.. on their new reality show.
Geez, typical Hollywood. At least they didn’t sell their engagement to People magazine though but they did let the promo for ‘The Houstons: On Our Own’ do the talking.. and it looks like the rest of the fam doesn’t approve of their relationship.

Her brother/ boyfriend/ possible fiancé Nick Gordon was driving his 2012 black Camaro with Bobbi Kristina in the passenger’s seat on Sunday when they got into an argument and crashed. No other details on the wreck right now other than they were the only car involved.
Wonder if it was a heated argument and she grabbed the wheel and they ran into something? I could see her going a little cray like that.
After the accident, the car was missing the front right tire, the front bumper was torn off, and the airbags were deployed but somehow they got the car back to their apartment. The cops went to their apartment shortly after the wreck for a noise complaint but no one answered.
The accident is still being investigated at this time.

The Hollywood premiere of Whitney Houston‘s final movie, Sparkle, went down last night in Hollywood and the entire Houston clan came out to show their support.
Whitney’s 19-year-old daughter Bobbi is looking more and more grown up—and more and more like Bobby Sr! Bobbi Kristina walked the red carpet with boyfriend and “adopted brother” Nick Gordon — they showed off their matching new tattoos with the initials “WH” surrounded by doves, which they got inked earlier this month on what would have been Whitney’s 49th birthday.
Other family members at the premiere included Pat Houston, Gary Houston, Cissy Houston and Michael Houston. In the movie, Whitney plays the overprotective mother, who having her own sketchy show biz experiences, would rather her talented daughters be spared.
Sparkle star Jennifer Hudson Jordin Sparks showed off her recent 50-pound weight loss in an amazing full-length white gown. Other stars included Cee Lo Green, Vivica A. Fox, Christina Milian, Mike Epps, JoJo and more. ”Sparkle” opens in theaters TODAY.

TH5 will now be triple checking celebrity photos before posting them on the web… We wouldn’t want to accidentally use a photo of a drag queen in place of the legendary Whitney Houston, or anything…
CNN and Piers Morgan must be feeling pretty silly. During a July 6 interview with LL Cool J, the cable net accidentally used a picture of a Whitney Houston impersonator in place of the real singer. It took celebrity drag queen, Ikenna Beney Amaechi, a while before realizing it was her and NOT the real deal.
Ikenna has been “playing” Whitney for 21 years (video below) and told TMZ, “I feel very honored that I was mistaken for the real Whitney Houston on CNN … is there EVEN a bigger compliment for a tribute artist?!”
We can think of something! How about the BIG BUCKS Ikenna will now be able to charge—thanks to some poor CNN staffer, who is probably firing up the Linked In account, right about now.
The picture CNN used is from the 2008 Reel Awards Show in Las Vegas—an event dedicated to celebrity impersonators. Ikenna Beney Amaechi is a 5’9″ German man.

Leave a commentSomeone else is looking to write a tell-all about the life of Whitney Houston. First, Bobby Brown attempted to sell the story, now Whitney’s mom Cissy is ready to tell the world the truth about her famous daughter.
It just sorta seems like the whole family is trying to cash in Whitney’s death. Her daughter Bobbi Kristina did an interview with Oprah less than a month after her mother’s death. She’s been thrust into the spotlight ever since and is taking advantage of the situation. She booked a job with Tyler Perry and signed on to do a reality show. Then Whit’s sis-in-law/ manager Pat Houston, also starring in the fam reality show, wanted to take the credit and the Millennium award that was presented during the Billboard awards.. And she made a big stink about it when she didn’t get her way. And now mama Cissy, who’s stayed pretty quiet since Whitney’s death, wants to release a tell-all book… Is she trying to cash in on this tragedy too or does she just want to set the record straight, in a sweet motherly biased kinda way?
Cissy said that the book will detail Whitney’s life and career up until her untimely death. She said, “In sharing our story in this book, I hope to give her fans something to treasure, the way we all treasured Whitney. We are still receiving thousands of letters each day from her fans, and I hope reading this book will provide a deeper understanding into my daughter’s true story.”
She plans on releasing this book next February to coincide with the one year anniversary of Whitney’s death.
